He is always on time , keeps you posted as to the time of arrival. I appreciate the fact that he always wears foot booties while entering the home without being asked to. The extermination services he provides clear my lot of any bugs and it generally remains that way. On this last visit, he even called my attention to a leak in my pool equipment.
