Mr. Osundaro is always very polite, respectful and professional every single time he comes to spray for bugs control. He is prompt and thorough. He always asked if there’s other areas that we want him to spray. Today he even put my trash cans back to the back of my driveway, he didn’t have to do it, but he gladly did it. We have had Jethro come regularly to exterminate our home for probably 10 years. He is always consistent in his arrival and inquires if we have areas of concern when he rings doorbell to announce his arrival. We have dogs so he begins his work while I close the doggy door so he can access the back yard. He is always in a positive mood & uplifting in his manner. He is a rare gem! This man is truly a blessing. We need more people like him and I pray he is rewarded not only in pay for his exceptional attention to detail but recognized as a genuine good & caring man.

He’s reliable and arrived on time, has been very professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided a detailed report that was easy to understand. We have various services with Terminix and if the service relates to pests Terminix is very good about resolving the issue. The aspect of Terminix business that they seem to be over extended is in the attic ventilation area. We had purchased the Atmox system for our attic and for a while it run fine without any issue, but then in the last few months one of the fans kept failing to turn on. In those colder/cool months there wasn't much of a concern but as it has gotten warmer to hot it has become a concern. I have tried to communicate with the Webster Branch by phones calls and text messages unfortunately i haven't been very successful overall in getting through. Brandon Torres voicemail box is full so you can't leave a voicemail and he doesn't seem to respond to text. His boss Kenny was helpful at the beginning but recently that hasn't been the case. I have started researching local companies that have attic ventilation options as part of their core business instead of a side business.
