Akugbe is always so friendly and kind, he even brought my trash cans up from the curb this week! He is wonderful with my kids and my dog and always very careful with the baby items I have around and efficient to accommodate for nap times lol. I no longer have any issues with pests and love that I can schedule or do anything I need online or via text. I never have to worry about anything, my schedule is set and it's a seamless and easy process, very grateful.

We hired terminix a week after moving into our house because we spot a couple roaches. We didn't see them again after we killed them however due to our fear of nasty bugs we took the necessary precautions and had them do a treatment. Its been almost 2 weeks and we haven't seen any except for 2 dead Americans roaches in the drive way. I'ts possible the treatment work or we didn't have an infestation like we thought. My only complaint is how expensive the service is We paid $195 the 1st time and its 60 0r 65 monthly. I think it's outrageous and not fair considering the amount of work and not getting services on a monthly basis.

I've just had the most kind and best service yet! Without going into detail, I needed someone to come back to my home after something happened with my outdoor system. Not only was I reassured after call I made about the situation, the tech came out Immediately and took care of everything! Customer care from this company is A++ in my book. Just had the best service today by Chase Lanham! He single-handedly made Terminix worth paying for. He came for a routine inspection, noticed that we have holes in our attic and it’s led to some rodents getting in (something I was completely unaware of) and communicated very honestly with me that some previous inspections were not performed well in the past even though previous inspectors knew about these holes. He called his manager and let him know that we have to resolve this issue quickly as paying customers we were due the service we pay for. Chase is a prime example of a great human being that actually cares about providing the service he works with and not just checking a box to get through the day. Chase, thank you so much for your wonderful attitude and honesty.

I love Terminex because they provide a great service at an excellent cost. Cephas Allen is our tech and he always goes above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. He also is very knowledgeable and helps us on ways to improve our pest control issues through household fixes! I will be a customer for life because of him. Mr. Osundaro is always very polite, respectful and professional every single time he comes to spray for bugs control. He is prompt and thorough. He always asked if there’s other areas that we want him to spray. Today he even put my trash cans back to the back of my driveway, he didn’t have to do it, but he gladly did it. We have had Jethro come regularly to exterminate our home for probably 10 years. He is always consistent in his arrival and inquires if we have areas of concern when he rings doorbell to announce his arrival. We have dogs so he begins his work while I close the doggy door so he can access the back yard. He is always in a positive mood & uplifting in his manner. He is a rare gem! This man is truly a blessing. We need more people like him and I pray he is rewarded not only in pay for his exceptional attention to detail but recognized as a genuine good & caring man.
