Would not recommend this company to anyone. We have had so many issues and broken promises. We cancelled all of our services due to the negligence of this company. I never like to leave bad reviews but I had have no choice. We have communicated and been told lie after lie. We had encapsulation done and when they came back out to check, they told us how bad the work was and that they couldn’t believe they had done the work so poorly. We have called and called and been told give us two weeks and on and on to now, we have called and gotten no communication. This is terrible customer service. And I will be calling to speak with someone higher until our issue is fixed. I will never use or recommend Terminix to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!! They’re the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I hired terminix to patch some holes outside my house and seal my windows. They charged my card the full price before they even came to do the work, then didnt show up the day they scheduled. I had to call multiple times to get someone out. The guy that came out didn’t seal the windows. The patch work didn’t even last a week. Charged me $1600. I’ve called 5xs for a refund. Each time I’m told I’ll get one and the branch manager will issue it. He never has. Whatever you do DONT HIRE THEM!

Called earlier in the morning today to get someone out for an active skunk issue (Skunks getting under our house and spraying). Was told they'd be out between 1p-3p. 3:00 came and went with no communication. Called the office to confirm the visit and was told that we had been rescheduled to next week. We have a 1-year-old, 4-year-old, and 2 dogs. Not exactly a situation where we can afford to wait for service. Nor would you want to with a SKUNK taking up residence under your house. No phone call or any type of communication regarding the reschedule. Just didn't show up. I cancelled the "visit" and will not be back with ANY business in the future.

Avoid doing business with Terminex at all cost!! Here are the spark notes to the story if you don’t want to read. Atrociously unprofessional management, unethical business practices & 0 care for causing any kind of inconvenience to you. I started a service with them, and decided to opt in for the termite plan. I made the mistake of not carefully reading the terms and thought it was just a $109 charge… my mistake.. it was $109 a month. After realizing that 2 months in I thought well, that’s my fault, so I bit the bullet.. then my situation changed and finances got tight. I reached out to the tech that sold me the plan, he said no problem, I understand, I’ll take care of it. A month went by, nothing… after several exchanges, 4 months went by with nothing happening and I continued getting charged. The tech said the GM would call me and that I would be refunded for those months… then I didn’t get a call.. reached out to the GM.. no answer. Left a message. Multiple times. That continued for a couple more months.. finally got a call back from the GM, he said he’d refund me. Then I didn’t get a refund and that GM got fired. I was never told until a tech showed up while I wasn’t home trying to do an inspection. Then the new GM said he’d take care of everything. And the same thing happened. I’d call, he wouldn’t answer. So on and so forth. During all of this I would call the customer service and it was also useless. They told me they would “escalate” the situation. Nothing ever changed. At one point I called and they said the branch entered into the system that they had resolved the issue… when they had done nothing. It took a year for me to get my refund. And when all was almost over I found out the branch that sold me the service ALREADY HAD TERMITE SERVICE ACTIVE UNDER THE HOME OWNER for this house! So they were double dipping on the same property! But I was told “I have found the other agreement under owners. Unfortunately at this time nothing can be done other than the existing refund for $545”. Absolute joke of a company, joke of customer service. Avoid them at all cost.

Josh B. and Joe D. did an amazing job with sealing all points of probable animal entry into my home and treating fungus in my crawl space. They were professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Gave me detailed information and ensured I understood the process. Will continue using Terminex because of staff like this.

Our service tech Leah has been amazing this year with our mosquito services! She goes over the service plan and very thorough. I have 3 dogs and she works with our schedule to accommodate not only us but our pets! My spouse works nights and I work from home and how she services are home so quietly none of us even no she is here and saying that with three dogs is an accomplishment in for her in my book. We could not have been more happy with this year’s service tech and I hope we have her again next year as well. Before her unfortunately they changed quite often. Thank you for the great season of mosquitoes service to make our life easier!

Don’t ever get work done on your home from Terminix! They encapsulated our crawl space and it’s been problem after problem after problem. Now we’re sitting with 2 feet of water in our crawl space and the best they can do is say “someone will call you within 24 hours.” We’re ready to sue for their shoddy work. Absolutely abysmal quality of work and customer service. You’re better off paying literally anyone else.
