This review is based on the outstanding service provided by Courtney in our last 2 annual termite inspections. I can’t say enough good things about our experiences. Courtney was punctual, professional and polite in every respect. She was also very thorough. By the time she crawled out of our crawl space I had full documentation in her photos of what she had encountered. In addition to her professionalism, she is probably the most personable person I have ever met in a service provider’s organization. If I ran a business, she is precisely the type person I would want to hire. Ask for Courtney if you can.

Had my annual termite inspection. I was delighted to see Courtney was my inspector. She did a very through job last time. This time was no different . She got down in our crawl space. I mean "crawl". It's very tight. She remembered my home from last year. I was provided with a gallery of pics of the good, bad, and the ugly. She presented options without being pushy. Very polite and respectful.Great ambassador for her company 5+stars!

Joseph Sabo went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and address our ant issue. Joseph gets 5 stars, But Terminix company gets three stars for taking over a week to send someone when we called to report ant problem. I also hope Terminix keeps Joseph on our account for visits, I prefer to build a relationship with the person doing our recurring service visits. Joseph always does a great job!

Courtney our termite bait tech was fantastic! She communicated what she did very well and even sent photos! She went above and beyond and refilled some stations that were low but not empty and replaced some missing stations to ensure our house was protected.
