We have been customers of Terminix for over 30 years. We have always had good technicians that took very good care of our pest control needs, but for the past three years we’ve had an exceptional tech, Ellis Woodcock. He is very friendly, kind and goes above and beyond to take care of your home. Several years ago he even helped my get plants inside my garage when my husband was in the hospital. You don’t get customer service like that with just any company! Thanks for you do, Ellis!

I have suddenly had a brown recluse problem the past couple weeks. I made an appt with Terminix and Jake came out to inspect. On top of brown recluses he let me know that there were mouse droppings behind my washer and dryer. I was shocked! I also had ants starting to come into the kitchen just like every summer. He was able to give me a really good affordable monthly deal. Then Jim came out to spray and set sticky traps. He immediately hit it off with my husband because they’re both Cincinnati Reds fans. He was really nice and explained everything to me. I really appreciate them both! The ants were gone almost immediately. Fingers crossed on the spiders! A++++ service.

we are not sure what happened with our service as for about 16 months, everything was fine. Our last service was Feb 15 of this year and by May, when no one had scheduled, we began to wonder if we should call. We received a text from someone named Lawrence, who supposedly is the manager of Franklin and Goodlettsville offices. The text said he would be servicing our home instead of our regular tech, Ellis. What happened to Ellis? He still works there...but maybe he got promoted or was doing other areas...who knows. On the day of service, we received another text from a different tech and immediately after this text, another text that said he was finished. Supposedly he got there at 11:29 and was finished at 11:29. My daughter was at home and no one came to the door. None of the cameras show any vehicle from Terminex servicing the property. I called the tech and left a message and he never called back. I called the office but you are sent to a corporate customer service number. I told them what had happened. They called the tech and he said he did service the address. I told them I could prove that he didn't. They agreed to have the manager of the local office call me. He didn't. I cancelled and asked for a refund since we have not received service in almost four months. The Goodlettsville office never contacted me to address these issues.

Tommy is a very personable, thorough, and knowledgeable technician. I always know when he is schedule and when he is due to arrive for my service. He makes sure that all of my pest needs are met. He’s the best!

Would not recommend this company to anyone. We have had so many issues and broken promises. We cancelled all of our services due to the negligence of this company. I never like to leave bad reviews but I had have no choice. We have communicated and been told lie after lie. We had encapsulation done and when they came back out to check, they told us how bad the work was and that they couldn’t believe they had done the work so poorly. We have called and called and been told give us two weeks and on and on to now, we have called and gotten no communication. This is terrible customer service. And I will be calling to speak with someone higher until our issue is fixed. I will never use or recommend Terminix to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!! They’re the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I hired terminix to patch some holes outside my house and seal my windows. They charged my card the full price before they even came to do the work, then didnt show up the day they scheduled. I had to call multiple times to get someone out. The guy that came out didn’t seal the windows. The patch work didn’t even last a week. Charged me $1600. I’ve called 5xs for a refund. Each time I’m told I’ll get one and the branch manager will issue it. He never has. Whatever you do DONT HIRE THEM!

Jo and his crew did an amazing job! The entire crew was professional, friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions with patience and sincerity. Called earlier in the morning today to get someone out for an active skunk issue (Skunks getting under our house and spraying). Was told they'd be out between 1p-3p. 3:00 came and went with no communication. Called the office to confirm the visit and was told that we had been rescheduled to next week. We have a 1-year-old, 4-year-old, and 2 dogs. Not exactly a situation where we can afford to wait for service. Nor would you want to with a SKUNK taking up residence under your house. No phone call or any type of communication regarding the reschedule. Just didn't show up. I cancelled the "visit" and will not be back with ANY business in the future.
