Please, PLEASE, PLEASE read your contract word for word! This company is a complete scam and I am finding out the hard way! The termite service is a complete scam! The money you pay up front does not cover the bait stations as they will never be yours. I was told that the upfront payment covered the cost of the stations and once you “own” them the payment will be lowered. Well you will NEVER own them. Once you cancel service they will come and take them. The service rep “Jake” lied to me about this. I hate that. Now I am stuck with the terrible company. But lesson learned. Make sure you read your contract and don’t trust and believe what they tell you.

Fredrick Whithead did a wonderful service. He located all of my termite traps and installed the necessary additional traps. Great service, professional, prompt , effective and personal service. Jaime Denuccio did a great job on my pest control. Kind, patient, professional, prompt and effective. He was very personable. I had both services on the same day.

John did a great job! We didn’t have things ready to spray the inside of our house last week and he happily came back less than a week after being here for the outside just to spray the inside for us. He made sure to address our needs and explained all that he did to get rid of the pests that have been trying to visit us on the inside. They came out to our house and sprayed and set out poison to take care of the mice and rats. The lady was very nice and she showed me where she was placing the box and she also put out stuff to help with spiders. Great people to work with i would recommend them to anyone with rat, mice, bugs, etc to anyone.

The technician, Josh Crim, was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything to us in full detail. He gave us an outstanding service and was very thorough. He was also very personable and easy to talk to! We're very grateful that Terminix sent us such a great technician!
