I’m very pleased with this company and their service. The wasps were taking over my front porch and I had seen a very large spider. The service guy and the guy who answered the phone to schedule an appointment were friendly and very helpful. They had a cancellation and came out same day. Very happy I called Terminex.

Christian did an amazing job with installing attic insulation into my home this morning. I initially thought I was gonna have to wait a couple of days to have my service started however, I got a call the night before saying that there was a cancellation and the team could get out early this morning. I received a text message notification and was able to track my technician on his way here which allowed me to be ready to receive them when they showed up. I honestly had no idea what attic insulation was however, the team explained to me how the process worked and demonstrated to me how the insulation will be blown into the attic. He completed what seemed to be a very complex job quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the services I received today and looking forward to getting a fan installed sometime early next year.

Derek did an amazing job! He took steps that were never taken! He sprayed and put down stuff that kills the bugs and gave me info i never received. Had this service for 1 year and have never received! I am extremely excited to watch these bugs die lol he did such a great job he deserves 10 stars plus

Mr. Henderson with Terminix was great! I called because spider sittings outside were increasing and we were seeing random clusters of ants inside. He first told me the process once he arrived and then after explained what he found and what he did. He looked around outside first and knocked down all wasp nests, spiders webs, etc. sprayed and left pellets for ants outside, then came inside and only sprayed where I felt comfortable since we have a small child. I haven’t really seen bugs since they came. We plan to continue with preventative services. Very easy to schedule and friendly and professional service!
