I had to come on and update my review because we were contacted by the technician who had serviced our property before and took the time to make a site map for us. His name is Steve and he went out of his way to apologize on behalf of Terminex and provided wonderful communication prior to our appointment, he showed up on time, and spent a couple hours making sure the bait stations were filled and properly in the ground. They need to promote him in my opinion! He's so progressional and sincerely the only reason I want to even deal with this company! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We are truly disappointed and fed up with trying to deal with this company. We paid them thousands to do the initial treatment and continue to pay over 3000 annually as a "maintenance" fee to keep the bait stations filled up. After doing some landscaping we found that the majority of the bait stations were corroded and completely empty. We called to voice our concern over this issue a month ago. We set up one appointment, took a half of day off work, and they never showed up. I called to complain and they apologized and scheduled a second appointment, which I called to confirm the morning of, and they never showed up for that one either. Then I got our annual fee bill in the mail and they raised it 160 without any explanation as to why. When I called to ask why that was going up, (because we were told that we had a set annual fee for the length of our service) they said there was an increase in the cost of the product that they put in the bait stations! What a joke????.. they have not even been putting ANY product in our bait stations, which was only discovered when they had to be taken up for the new landscaping we had done!.. I'm so furious and feel like we're being completely scammed by Terminex!.. we so wish we would have called Hewlett!.. as a final kick in the pants, I contacted the regional office to tell them this and they said they would escalate a service call but that was three days ago and they have still not contacted us about coming out to fill out bait stations!.. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on them for deceptive practices!.. horrible company!!

SHAWN DUSSEAULT is absolutely the best tech over there. He’s thorough, he’s always on time, and he always gives me a heads up regarding what he sees and what he’s done. Jimminy crickets working with this team and Brandon was a nightmare. Just call a local company who can better serve you for cheaper. I called twice to get pre construction service scheduled. They had to do an inspection and have me prepay. After several fits and starts, it comes together and I give them $600 then Brandon texts me on Sunday, while in the middle of a death in the family, to set up another inspection! He just called and woke me to clear it up and when I expressed frustration he said he will “make it real easy on me and cancel the service” then hung up on me. Life is hard enough- no one needs this.

Daniel Traver was very knowledgeable about potential future current issues, as well as the process and products that are used during termination of bugs. Don't Judge service on the first appointment. Client Account#: 15127835 Business Complaint – Service and Billing Practices I enrolled in a monthly pest control service with Terminix. Despite this, service was not provided automatically. I was repeatedly informed that a technician would only be dispatched if I called when pest activity was severe, which is inconsistent with a monthly service agreement. When service was requested, the technician appeared rushed and visibly frustrated, expressing annoyance that the visit had been scheduled. The quality of service was poor and did not meet reasonable expectations. After several months, my wife contacted Terminix to cancel the service. No further service visits occurred after October. However, in January, I received a $114 bill that had been sent to collections, despite no services being rendered during the intervening months. Upon contacting Terminix, I was informed that the cancellation was allegedly invalid because there were no internal notes documenting it. I was further told I was responsible for charges for months following the last service visit, even though no service was performed. Terminix stated that the local branch declined the dispute and demanded payment, offering no resolution. Customer service representatives were unprofessional and dismissive, particularly when discussing cancellation. It was evident that representatives were following a retention script designed to resist cancellations rather than resolve customer concerns. I am disputing the charges for services not provided and object to the account being sent to collections without proper verification. Terminix’s billing and cancellation practices appear misleading and unfair, placing the burden on the customer when internal documentation is incomplete.
