I initially signed up with Terminix for basic pest control services on my home, expecting reliable protection and straightforward customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but headaches, primarily due to severe miscommunication and an absolute nightmare when trying to cancel. From the start, there was clear disconnect between the technicians who visited and the office representatives. The techs would describe one set of services planned, but when I'd follow up with the call center or billing department, they'd have no record of it or contradict what was said on-site. This led to confusion over what I was actually paying for and whether issues were truly addressed. The real problems escalated when I sold the property and no longer needed the service. I called multiple times to cancel, prior to and after selling the property. Despite assurances that it was handled, I continued receiving bills and automated charges for services on a property I didn't own. I've spent hours on hold, being transferred between departments, with reps claiming someone will call you next week which never happened, and instead to only to receive "late notices" in the mail as their preferred follow-up. This isn't an isolated issue; many customers report similar struggles with Terminix making cancellation extremely difficult, ignoring requests, and continuing to charge even after properties are sold. It's left me feeling trapped and frustrated, having to monitor my bank statements closely to dispute unauthorized charges. While the on-site technicians were polite and professional when they did show up, the overall company structure – with disjointed communication between field staff, office reps, and billing – makes Terminix unreliable and untrustworthy. Save yourself the stress and go with a local provider who values clear communication and easy cancellations. I regret choosing Terminix and won't be using them again. I will be reporting this situation to BBB.

12.8.25 Michael Brown was here today for my regular pest control treatment. Michael is always conscientious, informative, and polite. I appreciate his attentiveness and consistency in his service. I have been with Terminix for 20+ years and have always had great service and responsive technicians. Great company. Highly recommend.

Willie Lyons is our tech. We’ve found him to be reliable, knowledgeable and quick to respond when we needed a mid-service call once as well. Aside from the surprise “guests” that visited once, we’ve had no issue after Terminix treatments. That’s how it should be, we’re very happy with them. Prevention is peace of mind and we highly recommend Willie and Terminix.

I wasn’t going to leave a review for this company because I truly had nothing nice to say. The communication between the call center and the branch is awful. We got the run around for days on scheduling an appointment, we were told on two different occasions a manager would call us and he didn’t, we received conflicting information from multiple people, and we even had an appointment cancelled on their end with no one even telling us. No one showed, no one called, and when we asked why there was no explanation. I had to find the branch managers information online to talk to manager. It was a big headache. HOWEVER, I will say everyone we talked to has been super nice. It seems like a communication issue. The only reason I rated this higher than one star is the gentleman named Cedric who came out today. He was kind, intelligent, and thorough. I would recommend him and give him 5 stars!!!! Thank you Cedric!!

Today 9/29 had Brittany service for pests and spiders. She was professional, friendly and thorough. Highly recommend! our new tech Hunter out today, he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. GREAT SERVICE! Still highly recommend Terminex. Today Justin came out to take care of spider follow up from TJ. He was Amazing, Fast, and highly knowledgeable. Thank you Justin!!! TJ is our Pest service guy and he was super incredible taking care of all our Pest control needs! Looking forward to his excellent service! Christopher was our termite specialist who came to service us today, he was extremely knowledgeable, considerate of our property, and gave us Excellent Service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Christopher and Terminex for all your Needs!! Would give 10 stars if I could

He’s extremely helpful, works around my busy schedule, and is always easy to reach. What I really appreciate is how clearly he explains everything—from the insects he finds to the treatments used.
