I tend to only leave reviews when something is either really terrible or exceptionally great, and my recent inspection with Terminix definitely fell into the latter category. My technician, George Daniels, was professional, thorough, and incredibly courteous. He even politely pretended not to notice how messy my house was, which I appreciated more than he probably knows! He was also genuinely kind and personable, which makes a big difference when you’re inviting a stranger into your home. I was on a work call when George arrived, and he was very flexible and accommodating, working around my schedule without any issue. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and George is a great representative of Terminix. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Terminix to anyone looking for pest control services.

The area rep, Andre came out the next day and then Robert, our technician came out the following day. Robert was professional, on-time and prepared to answer any questions. Robby came out today from Terminix today and did a fantastic job servicing my house. He came to do treatment on the outside but when asked if he could help me out with treatment on the inside he provided service with a smile. He was also concerned about the safety of my pets after the treatment and provided instructions on keeping them safe which is appreciated!!
