The Service I received from Terminix was great, HOWEVER BEWARE...The salesperson who I dealt with was either not knowledgeable or not completely honest. Be sure that you know the charges you will receive monthly before you agree to services. They claimed I signed a contract which I never saw (when I tried to argue the unexpected charges, they sent me a copy of the contract that was clearly UNSIGNED). I was still responsible for payments I knew nothing until they showed up on my charge card.

We provided restoration services for the Altoona, PA Terminix location at the request of their manager, Art. He assured us that payment would be made upon completion. However, the credit card provided was declined due to insufficient funds. Art later explained that the card limit had been reduced and asked us to run smaller charges, promising to follow up with updated payment information. Despite multiple follow-ups by phone, text, and email, he has not responded. This level of unresponsiveness is disappointing and unprofessional, especially from a national company. We performed the work in good faith and expected to be paid accordingly. At this point, we are left with no choice but to pursue legal action. Art — do the right thing and pay us. Honor the commitment that was made. We hope this is not reflective of how Terminix conducts business overall, but based on this experience, we would advise others to proceed with caution. I bought service from them and wanted to do their quarterly plan. I had ONE visit from them in the 4 months. Everytime I would schedule for someone to come out and check traps and stuff they would mark the job complete without coming out. They’d also call me and say they can’t magically AFTER I took the day off from work. Cancelled service almost a month ago and still being charged. Their customer service department doesn’t listen, refuses to cancel, and refuses to refund. Do not go through Terminix. You’re better off using small local businesses.
