We got a new guy, Greg, for the first time and he serviced inside our house first. He did put covers over his shoes, but the water and mud still came through and left a path of where he stepped in my house. I have mud spots on my light taupe carpet. We took pictures and sent them to him. No response. We called the number listed for the Terminix that served the Irwin area. You can’t even talk to a supervisor. Alyssa, took down our information and said she put it in an email, and someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Really? My carpet could have permanent spots. We need answers now. Terrible customer service.

Rodney (Rodney Mitchell) was awesome! Super friendly, extremely thorough, and provided so much information. He answered all of my questions, and did a full home inspection, no-hesitation. Our pests were thankfully not inside our home (first time we had rats exterior), but he still even wrote me up multiple quotes for preventative options & gave me clarification on the services we may need. 10/10 technician, will more than likely purchase prevention just based on how great he was with us.

Tom McCabe and Michael Holland provided five-star service! The job of replacing insulation and screening in a very large crawl space is a huge task and they did it well. They identified potential point of entry areas and applied secure screens. Very hard-working and knowledgeable guys- really nice, too. I am impressed! There was a third technician who also worked at my home on the first day. Can’t remember his full name. The quality of his work was equally great.

We first started using Terminix about 18 months ago. In that time, they sprayed our home for insects a total of 5 times (I do not consider this a regular service), and set up numerous appointments which no one showed up for. The treatment is poor; very few areas are sprayed, and it's inadequate for large issues. They sprayed our home one time this year, so I decided to cancel our contract early July. After canceling, they sent me another bill for another quarters service. Because I had canceled the service, no one came to do a treatment, so i refused to pay. They've now sent a threatening letter saying it will be passed to debt collectors. I paid for two quarters this year for one treatment, and they want me to pay a third quarter for what? Absolutely appalling service. DO NOT USE TERMINIX! Use a local small business who will appreciate you as a customer and take pride in their service.

Carter Fox is great! He is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to really help homeowners with their insect issues. You can tell he cares which means a lot. He is also very professional and honest. He has been coming to our place for about a year and we haven't had any issues inside which I am grateful for because we have two small dogs.
