The sales rep was nice, that was really the only positive part of my experience. Last September, we had a tree fall down in our yard and the sales rep made it seem like termites were a big scare so we went ahead and decided to go with their protection from termites. (ill save details to make a long story short) When the bait stations were installed I called within a few days to have them removed because they were in my plants and mulch. I did not like them there. I was told to wait a little longer and see if I changed my mind, if I did not change my mind they would cancle the service. After I called back to cancle the service I was told I could not do so and would have to pay the full year premium in one lump sum. After I finished the year contract that I was locked into, I had asked for the termite bait stations to be removed (which had no activity). The tech came on a different day than scheduled and left holes in my yard, holes in my flower/plant beds and left bare spots where there once was mulch. I have a few kids and the holes in the yard were a risk to injury. When I called to have someone come out and fill them I was told they might be able to send someone in a few days. I did not have time to wait so I filled the holes myself and spread the mulch. I called back to let them know it was finished and I had requested a $100 refund to compensate for the material and labor cost. Today I found out the $100 refund was denied. When I asked for them to put the soil and the mulch back that was removed from my yard I was told they don't do that. Then when I asked for an address to send the bill for the material and labor of filling the holes I was told "no, there is no address to give you". Be careful when working with this company. ** Edit: I emailed you like you asked, and your auto response said "Thank you for your message. A member of our team will be reaching out shortly. Please note, if you are contacting us outside of business hours, we’ll get back to you on the next business day. Our business hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST" It's past the timeframe your response gave and I have heard nothing. I am unfortunately not surprised by this.

Jordan H. is a great technician. He is always very friendly and is always on the lookout for any unwanted seasonal creature. He is always nice and pleasant to talk to if I am home for the appointment. He does his job well and quickly and is not intrusive at all. I would highly recommend him for any pest control job!

I started service with Terminix August 2024. I had an inspection which noted carpenter ant damage. After a year of service, I continue to see carpenter ants and the damage increased. I placed a call to customer service and was told I would hear from management within 2 days. After 2 weeks and a complaint to the BBB, Terminix finally responded, claiming there was no evidence of damage at the inspection despite damage noted in the inspection and pictures taken by the inspector. Terminix refused to honor their guarantee and claims there is nothing more they can do.

Terrible company to go with!! I thought because of the big name it would be good service. They came out on the initial appointment. They are required to come back 30 days later, which happened but they rescheduled my appointment without informing me and they did not knock on my door (which i asked of them because the problem is inside), instead James texted me “everything was good” after he left. I called to have them come out again, they rescheduled me AGAIN without notice. I called and asked to speak to manager they told me they would call me back within 24 hours, never heard anything. I rescheduled on a day that would work for me, and no one showed up, no phone call, nothing. Then the best part charged me TWICE in one month for a service I never received. Of course, I called again they can’t refund me until the service branch reaches out to me.. hopefully that happens. While I had the lady on the phone about the billing problem I asked to schedule an appointment again, because I haven’t gotten service and now there’s nothing available! All of this for some tiny ants! Save yourself a headache, Go with someone else!!

Working with your technician is always a great experience! He is always on time and is very thorough and efficient. And is very knowledgeable. Also whenever he finds something new (which is not often) he explains what he found, and how is going to treat it. Highly recommend terminal for commercial service.
