He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and never once made me feel like I was a problem despite numerous calls and texts to him. Eric was very detail oriented in placing our bait stations and took great care that my landscaping was not disturbed too much. Will definitely recommend Terminex for any needs. While scheduling and communication of when the service would be completed was not consistent, the level of service provided by Terminix was great. When I called to cancel my service prior to the end date, I was not told that I would have to pay the remaining contract AND an early termination fee of the same amount as the remaining service. I am INCREDIBLY unhappy with the lack of transparency as I'd have rode out the contract. Additionally, contract language is very vague that this would occur. Beware of using their services.

Eartie FLENER III, the tech who came to our home is knowledgeable, takes time to explain all that he is doing and plans for the next visit. I've been a Terminix customer for over a year, and while I appreciate their pest control efforts, I've been extremely frustrated with the scheduling department. Unfortunately, I've experienced several issues, including: Technicians not showing up for scheduled appointments. Technicians arriving on the wrong day. The wrong technician being sent for the specific pest problem. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially considering the high monthly fee I pay for the service. It feels like I can't rely on the scheduled appointments, which defeats the purpose of a routine pest control plan. While the technicians themselves have been professional, the scheduling issues have significantly impacted my experience. Hopefully, Terminix can address these problems to ensure smoother service in the future. Because of these frustrations, if I weren't locked into a contract, I would terminate service with them.

Terminix has been great. They’ve been responsive and attentive. They also obviously know their craft, the technician knew exactly the places to treat to be most effective and yet also not intrusive to my family’s normal daily activities. We immediately saw results. The subscription model is also nice so I don’t have to think about some of the harder to reach areas and any other issues that arrive in between the scheduled visits I just let them know and they come out in a timely fashion. Very happy!

Shawn (sorry if spelled incorrectly) was very professional. He sent a text the night before of when he was to be expected and arrived on time. He introduced himself upon arrival as our new service person and asked pertinent questions regarding the property. He kindly answered all my questions and performed the service in a timely manner.
