James Medwick is always pleasant to deal with. I always receive a text message a few days before my scheduled treatment to let me know he’s coming. I receive another text message when he is on his way, and he comes to the door when he arrives. James always ask if I’m having any inside issues he needs to deal with and assures me if I need his services prior to my next scheduled treatment day to just contact the company to set up an additional appointment. I appreciate the personal contact.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris Bianco from Terminix. He has consistently been friendly, thorough, flexible with scheduling, and highly accommodating during every service visit. He is professional, attentive, and clearly committed to doing the job well. During his most recent visit, Chris went above and beyond. He immediately alerted me that he smelled what he believed was a natural gas leak in my home. I had not noticed it myself, likely because I had become habituated to the smell. I investigated right away, and he was absolutely correct. His attentiveness and quick action may very well have saved my life. I am incredibly grateful for Chris’s care, professionalism, and attention to detail. He represents Terminix exceptionally well, and I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

David arrived to do the inspection and even was able to come early. He was polite and explained all the options. After talking to him I decided on the liquid barrier. Eric was available and came out the next day. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He was done before I knew it and checked before he left. All around from start to finish, excellent experience.

Richard has been our service technician for almost a year, and he has been absolutely delightful. He is always prompt in his arrival and consistently addresses all of the service areas I am concerned about. He is an outstanding employee and incredibly kind. During my time with Terminix, he is the third technician we have had, and I truly hope we do not have to change again. He is exactly the type of person I feel comfortable having in my home and servicing our Terminix account.

Set up service over the phone with a very nice rep. Tech was supposed to come between 1-5p. Waited all day. No call/no show. We called Customer Service at 530p to see what happened and spoke to a very nice rep who assured us “Chris” was on the way but would call us back to advise his arrival time or “Damon” the branch manager would call to advise or set up a new date and time. Again, no call/no show. This morning we get a call saying they’ll come today. No thank you. We waited all day yesterday. Not doing that again today.

The pricing feels fair and reasonable, and the quality of service gives us confidence that our home is well protected. Richard did an amazing job with our terrible ant infestation during his visit on 11-21-25. We were completely overwhelmed with the situation, as the ants were invading our kitchen one week before Thanksgiving! I genuinely appreciate the phone call to set up a date. I also appreciate the morning check-in call to confirm the time. The knock at the door exactly on time was a huge relief. When I opened the door, I was greeted by Joseph Mirelse. This is my second encounter with this Val Kilmer meets Paul Newman of a man. He exceeded all my expectations. I regret not having this service sooner. Why isn’t this man running things? I’d vote for him if he ever ran for president. He has the perfect blend of professionalism and the charm of a game show host. He can sell ice to the Eskimos. I know this review might seem exaggerated, but I can’t quite capture the magic he created in writing. In a world where customer satisfaction is often overlooked, cheaper products are prioritized over quality, and customer service is replaced with AI, it’s refreshing to do business with someone like Joseph.
