Absolute charlatans. I Had groundhogs digging under the house about a year ago, they came and supposedly fixed it. I come to find out a month ago that the wires they put in were barely deep enough and the groundhogs just dug a little below them and got back in. I’ve called and was told that I’m still under warranty and that they’re going to fix it. I wait a week no one calls, I call again they tell me there’s no request put in. I got to a supervisor who reassured me they put in a new request out for me. Fine. I wait another week, some guy named Timothy Peterson comes there writes something on a piece of paper tells me they’re going to fix it that week and gave me his card. Fine. I wait the whole week and nothing. Another week passes and still nothing. I call the guy, i leave voicemails I send messages - nothing. Guess what ? I call customer service again, they tell me that my warranty period had expired already and they can’t do anything about it but charge me again for service LOL I’m filing an attorney general complaint. What a sick joke of a company to charge people over a thousand bucks to then extort you and demand more money from them for the same exact service. Save yourself the hassle just do it yourselves.

We got a new guy, Greg, for the first time and he serviced inside our house first. He did put covers over his shoes, but the water and mud still came through and left a path of where he stepped in my house. I have mud spots on my light taupe carpet. We took pictures and sent them to him. No response. We called the number listed for the Terminix that served the Irwin area. You can’t even talk to a supervisor. Alyssa, took down our information and said she put it in an email, and someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Really? My carpet could have permanent spots. We need answers now. Terrible customer service. Update to my review. Terminix was very apologetic and did have the areas of my carpet cleaned that were dirty. They did make it right, and I am satisfied with the outcome of the issue.

Walt with Terminix has been fantastic to work with! We originally reached out to Terminix for a mouse issue in the winter and have continued to use them for our spring and summer needs with bees and insects in multiple places around our property. Walt always communicates with us and responds quickly when we need him to come out to do an extra spray. We appreciate the communication and all the extra help in making sure our property is properly maintained!

Excellent +, Outstanding Jakeis so considerate…he calls days ahead & asks,” Is this okay.” Before arrival there is a text, so nice. On arrival are there any issues, any additional areas, plus asks, “ How are you both?” Jake additionally is professionally attired, uses appropriate language. The application of chemicals is always thorough with attention to all normal areas as well as any areas that are a concern and additionally he calls our attention any areas that he has identified that should be treated. Jacob always takes very good care of us and keeps our property treated. I had a nice 20 minute talk with him while he treated our property today and looked over some new gardens and fences that we have placed. He shared his knowledge and experience about keeping pests out of the garden that hopefully we can use in the future.

Rodney (Rodney Mitchell) was awesome! Super friendly, extremely thorough, and provided so much information. He answered all of my questions, and did a full home inspection, no-hesitation. Our pests were thankfully not inside our home (first time we had rats exterior), but he still even wrote me up multiple quotes for preventative options & gave me clarification on the services we may need. 10/10 technician, will more than likely purchase prevention just based on how great he was with us.
