Rich, my service, guy is the best! In addition to the outside, he also sprayed my basement and garage on his visit yesterday. It is always a pleasure when Rich comes for my Terminix service visit. He always gives me a review on the sticky boards and what has been caught. Thanks, Rich, for the great Terminix service visit.

Avoid this company if you value your time or peace. Our experience thus far with this company has lacked any semblance of professionalism. They come for our initial appointment and do not finish the job. They assure us they will reach out to reschedule. Several business days go by and they are as quiet as the mice they claim to eliminate. We therefore reach out to them and they confirm a follow up appointment. They then fail to show. We reach out again after having rearranged schedules and they state that the appointment was changed yet they never notified us by any means. The one thing they did manage to follow through on is to take the money out of our bank account already. I have had better business dealings in a neighborhood lemonade stand. If you thrive under frustration then this is the company for you; otherwise the only thing worth terminating is one’s relationship with this company

James Medwick is always pleasant to deal with. I always receive a text message a few days before my scheduled treatment to let me know he’s coming. I receive another text message when he is on his way, and he comes to the door when he arrives. James always ask if I’m having any inside issues he needs to deal with and assures me if I need his services prior to my next scheduled treatment day to just contact the company to set up an additional appointment. I appreciate the personal contact.

We have had Mike Mastronie for many years and have had nothing but positive interactions with him. He is prompt and communicates everything very clearly. Goes out of his way and is very nice.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris Bianco from Terminix. He has consistently been friendly, thorough, flexible with scheduling, and highly accommodating during every service visit. He is professional, attentive, and clearly committed to doing the job well. During his most recent visit, Chris went above and beyond. He immediately alerted me that he smelled what he believed was a natural gas leak in my home. I had not noticed it myself, likely because I had become habituated to the smell. I investigated right away, and he was absolutely correct. His attentiveness and quick action may very well have saved my life. I am incredibly grateful for Chris’s care, professionalism, and attention to detail. He represents Terminix exceptionally well, and I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

David arrived to do the inspection and even was able to come early. He was polite and explained all the options. After talking to him I decided on the liquid barrier. Eric was available and came out the next day. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He was done before I knew it and checked before he left. All around from start to finish, excellent experience.

Richard has been our service technician for almost a year, and he has been absolutely delightful. He is always prompt in his arrival and consistently addresses all of the service areas I am concerned about. He is an outstanding employee and incredibly kind. During my time with Terminix, he is the third technician we have had, and I truly hope we do not have to change again. He is exactly the type of person I feel comfortable having in my home and servicing our Terminix account.

Set up service over the phone with a very nice rep. Tech was supposed to come between 1-5p. Waited all day. No call/no show. We called Customer Service at 530p to see what happened and spoke to a very nice rep who assured us “Chris” was on the way but would call us back to advise his arrival time or “Damon” the branch manager would call to advise or set up a new date and time. Again, no call/no show. This morning we get a call saying they’ll come today. No thank you. We waited all day yesterday. Not doing that again today.

We’ve been using Terminix for many years and are very satisfied with the service. Mike M., our technician, is prompt and thorough. When he comes for the maintenance service, he always asks if we are experiencing any issues and responds quickly if we have any problems in between visits.

Terminix has been an outstanding company to work with in keeping our home pest-free. From the very beginning, the experience has been reassuring and professional. If customers are able to request specific team members, I would highly recommend Joseph Mirelse and Michael Mastronie. Joseph was the representative who initially visited our home. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he observed, what required attention, and how Terminix could best protect my home and family. He is one of the best sales professionals I have ever met—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely personable. His sense of humor, including some well-timed “dad jokes,” made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Michael Mastronie is the technician who services our home, and he consistently demonstrates exceptional pride in his work. He is attentive, detail-oriented, and shows a great deal of care not only for our home but also for the animals in it. His professionalism and dedication are evident during every visit. Together, Joseph and Michael make an outstanding team. Their professionalism, charisma, and genuine care for their work and the people they serve truly stand out. The pricing feels fair and reasonable, and the quality of service gives us confidence that our home is well protected. Most importantly, both Joseph and Michael make my family and me feel safe and comfortable whenever they are here.
