I have been using Terminix for a few years and they have always been extremely helpful, only selling me needed services, very knowledgeable and professional. I originally had a problem with mice once my cat went across the rainbow bridge and they quickly took care of the issue. Since then I kept on the quarterly plan and Michael Gunter has been my technician. He is always so polite, caring about the bunnies always hiding under the deck and any other animals stopping by. He takes the time to explain what is happening in your house and yard and what to look for in the future. Always helpful and professional. Look forward to seeing him every quarter.

MICHAEL GUNTER is my technician. From the moment he arrived I was aware of my dogs behavior. I was rather floored. She did not love him per se but she was not barking, being protective or aggressive - as she has been known to do with most men in general. Her relaxed nature - not that I needed confirmation, but pet parents will tell you - animal intuition is extremely sensitive and she trusted this guy instantly. This may have nothing to do with extermination but in my mind it does. His authenticity comes across strongly. . He has a trustworthy nature. The dog agrees. Next - walking outside to examine my deck and patio, I was honestly blown away by his level of knowledge and incredible skills of observation as we walked around searching for and identifying a host of holes where carpenter bees have been being carpenter bees. Having to hire an exterminator is not any old thing - especially if they are going g to be in your house. Trust is important. For me, liking the person is important. I’m not in the habit of leaving reviews - especially not like this - unless service was I unusually outstanding or exceptionally bad. Pretty obvious - I kinda adored this guy. He’s smart, professional but very personable at the same time. He is very non-judgmental. MICHAEL already takes care of several homes in the area and enjoys a good reputation just by word of mouth. If I had any expectations of what it would be like working with him, I’d say he far exceeded them. I feel very fortunate to be working with him.

The excellent customer service provided by the techs. Miquel Walton, Logan, and James Mason have been excellent. Courteous and professional. I also like that I get a text message in advance with the time windows that they’ll arrive for service so I can prepare in advance. The report is also helpful with the temperature, the type of bugs and chemicals. I also appreciate the notice Terminix mails whenever there is a change in price for the services.

Reno Ali is honestly the best! He knows the name of every bug from a basic description. He’s incredibly informative and his knowledge of bugs is reassuring and helps me to get over my phobias, especially my fear of spiders. He’s got great customer service and seems to truly enjoy his work and interacting with people. He’s very careful and meticulous with his work and my family and I really appreciate all that he does to keep the critters out of our house.

Absolute GARBAGE customer service. The lady on the line didn’t even bother to help me and instead elected to hang up the phone. How hard can it be to get quality customer service? This place is trash. Don’t bother doing business with them. They clearly don’t care about the customer. They also deceived me into a recurring plan when I only wanted a one time service. Talk about deceptive business practices. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU.

Maurice Davenport is the ultimate professional. I really appreciate his reminder text messages of my up coming appts and also the ETA time frames the day of my appointments. He checks in with me to see if I have any new or recurring issues and reminds me what has been completed before leaving and time frames that I should leave my dogs inside after treatments.
