I woukd like to choose 0 stars but it is not an optipn. This company is a complete ripoff a day waste of my time and money. I have yet to see anyone come inside my home to help me. Charged us $1500 on November 14th today is December 5. Ask me what they have done inside my home? Nothing. They have not shown up for appointments, ignored me during the appointment, literally took a photo to "prove they were there" and lol you can see me in the doorway trying to wave at them he ignored me and left saying I wasn't home lied and said he called me but did not I was there the whole time. I will be getting my money back or you will hear from my lawyer. Make a choice.

Great communication & on time. The customer portal is ez to use. The Service Guy was efficient & helpful by educating me with some of the common things with rodents. Tom was awesome & saved the day & got rid of a dead mouse. This service gives me great piece of mind at a reasonable price. Customer service is wonderful.

Poor service. Will not call before coming to your house but expects you to take a half day off to be present when appointment is set. Tech lied on their report. Techs cannot see previous work orders to keep sevices accurate.

David is the best! Great with communication and beyond pleasant to work with . Went above and beyond listened to all my concerns and did an incredible job answering all my questions and called me after he was done treating the house to make sure everything I brought to his attention was taken care of . I’ve seen night and day difference on the exterior and interior of our place😊 Amazing , knowledgeable, professional and very fast and efficient. I appreciate his hard work and help immensely and couldn’t be more pleased with my choice of company. Thank you so much for the peace of mind and ensuring the safety of my little one and our pets.

Peyton is great! We were having issues with springtails and he came out and sprayed for us right away and they were gone within the week. He made a couple of recommendations to help decrease the chances of it happening again (working on the list). Super great communication, prompt service, and quality of treatment is outstanding. Do NOT sign up with this company! Some of the problems in less than a month: They showed up unannounced and wanted to service the inside of the house; Customer Service was clueless on helping with the no-show after rescheduling and said they didn't have any phone number or email for the technician; Management was supposed to call and they never did.

Scheduled an appointment for Saturday and canceled cabin plans with friends. I got a call a half hour before tech was supposed to arrive canceling said they can't make it and they don't deal with the situation we have. They knew what we needed them for when we set up the appointment. Would not recommend this company.

Okay.. so first it was rough. We had tried terminix before and it was NOT GOOD. But.. i heard they were under new management.. SO!!! We Called and got someone out to inspection and service our new house in Lakeville... The new location manager was MUCH better than the last and promised the issues I had before would NOT happen.. He was correct. They delivered. Everything was perfect. So!!! I have adjusted my review.

We recently purchased a home in Princeton, Mn & noticed mice infestation. We reached out to Terminex for mice treatment. Technician, Marco Hinojosa, came to the property & treated the property for mice. Treatment has been very successful & we are very pleased. Marco showed up as scheduled, was very knowledgeable & friendly. Would highly recommend Marco!
