I had a huge hornet’s nest that needed to be treated and removed, so I called Terminix yesterday and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me scheduled for today. Curtis did a great job taking care of everything. He was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the process, and made sure the job was done thoroughly. I really appreciated the quick response and excellent service. I would definitely recommend Curtis and Terminix!

We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with Terminix and the services we received. We paid approximately $1,500 for guaranteed rodent removal and a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, throughout our time with Terminix, there was no meaningful progress in resolving our mouse infestation in the attic. In addition to the lack of results, the customer service we experienced was consistently unprofessional. The local team was often rude, dismissive of our concerns, and extremely unresponsive. There were multiple occasions where weeks passed without any communication. When appointments were finally scheduled, technicians frequently failed to show up. My husband and I are both healthcare professionals, and we used valuable PTO to be home for these appointments, only to have no one arrive and no communication explaining the absence. During one of the visits, Terminix technicians also caused significant damage to our newly installed hardwood floors, leaving two large scratch marks. We were initially told that the damage would either be repaired or that we would be compensated. Since then, however, we have received no follow-up despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue. We are still paying for services through this year due to the one year guarantee, yet we have been trying since May to obtain answers and request a refund. I have called corporate numerous times and have left 9 separate messages. Every representative has assured me that someone would contact me within 24 hours. That has never happened. Instead, each time I call back, I am told that my case has been dismissed or closed without any explanation. To date, I have not spoken with a single person who has addressed our concerns or has ever given me a call back as promised. Because Terminix failed to resolve our rodent problem, we were forced to hire another pest control company at additional expense. We have now paid thousands of dollars for a problem that Terminix guaranteed they would solve. This entire experience has been unacceptable—from the lack of results, poor communication, missed appointments, property damage, and complete failure to provide any meaningful customer service..

I setup an estimate for emergency animal removal. I called the day of the scheduled appointment to confirm that someone was going to show up. The first person I talked to said hold on, and placed me on a 5 min hold and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a different person. That person said they didn’t have any info to provide aside from the fact that an emergency estimate was scheduled. They said they would reach out to the inspector and have them contact me. No one ever contacted me and no one ever showed up. I do not recommend giving this company your business. Unprofessional.

do not trust these guys, the sales rep seem nice, but the techs 9/10 do not show up. i was giving no explanation as of why they did not show up. go with another pest control company, don’t deal with the BS lies and have to wait longer for another company becuz termix didn’t pull through. David Campel and every sales rep on the phone will lie and say anything to get you to do their service and i was on the phone an hour just to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Update: i emailed them 3 times, never got a response. i even called and never got a call back from a higher up, complete joke of a company.

I woukd like to choose 0 stars but it is not an optipn. This company is a complete ripoff a day waste of my time and money. I have yet to see anyone come inside my home to help me. Charged us $1500 on November 14th today is December 5. Ask me what they have done inside my home? Nothing. They have not shown up for appointments, ignored me during the appointment, literally took a photo to "prove they were there" and lol you can see me in the doorway trying to wave at them he ignored me and left saying I wasn't home lied and said he called me but did not I was there the whole time. I will be getting my money back or you will hear from my lawyer. Make a choice.

Great communication & on time. The customer portal is ez to use. The Service Guy was efficient & helpful by educating me with some of the common things with rodents. Tom was awesome & saved the day & got rid of a dead mouse. This service gives me great piece of mind at a reasonable price. Customer service is wonderful.

Poor service. Will not call before coming to your house but expects you to take a half day off to be present when appointment is set. Tech lied on their report. Techs cannot see previous work orders to keep sevices accurate.
