I continue to have the utmost satisfaction with Terminix for the following reasons:-Professionalism: The technician arrived on time and conducted himself with the highest level of professionalism throughout the entire process. The technician informed me of how to keep the exterior of my home termite-free by suggesting I keep the grass around the perimeter of my house cut low to keep the pests from building a tunnel near the house. -Customer Service: The customer service representative was very responsive and accommodating, promptly addressing my billing request. The representative's friendly and helpful attitude also contributed significantly to my positive rating of this company.-Results: Most importantly, Terminix's pest control measures have been highly effective. My daughters and I have not seen any pests reoccur, which has greatly enhanced our comfort and peace of mind.Thank you for providing my family with such outstanding service! I made an error when selecting what type of service I needed when using the website. The exterminator who showed up to do the service worked with me to understand the options and took the time to call a customer service rep who drove to my house and met with us within 30 mins of meeting the exterminator. She helped me with the correct service we needed and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The exterminator was a very good representative for Terminix also and deserves to be recognized as well. I really liked the no pressure sales tactics that every employee I talked to used and how everything was explained both with pros and cons. Both people I met in person were great and well versed in the companies operations and types of treatments we needed.

I've used Terminix for at least 6 years now and I've been very happy with them. I've had the same technician, Nick B., the whole time and he has been great to work with. He quickly followed up on a few questions I've had even when he wasn't at my house for an appointment. I definitely recommend Terminix.

Before you sign on with this company certain things you need to know that they do not tell you when a salesman comes to your home. Most importantly, your technician is not allowed by their company policy, to get up on a small stool or even a small ladder to take care of any insect problem you have on your house so if your problem is not a little more than arm's length you are on your own or you will have to get another company that will take care of that problem. Secondly all your calls go through a call center and sometimes your messages and issues that you need resolved might get a return response from the proper parties,but most often you don't and you'll find yourself chasing down for someone for service. Lastly do not count on your appointments that they give you. The last two appointments that I had with two specific individuals did not show and I have been trying to get help for almost a month and this is added to the fact that any of the special arrangements that I had to make for the people involved and the time to be there was unacknowledged and ignored and no apology was ever offered except for the call center who can only after that take yet another message and send yet another email and each team member seems to point the finger at the other one. And don't dare voice your frustration because the supervisor will hang up on you. The only reason I am even giving them two stars because the technicians that I had were decent people doing the best they can within the confines of the company policies. You will be better off getting a local company and paying a little more money in getting the top service you deserve.

Scheduling was easy and done in 3 minutes. The gentleman who came to provide the service was very knowledgeable!! On time! Respectful!! SO MUCH BETTER THAN ORKIN. They were rescheduling me, their service men were lying that they did a service, everything was just awful

I have been very happy with the service I receive from Terminix over the years. I have been a customer for 25 years. Lately, the cost has increased quite a bit, several times in a short period, as they have recently merged with another company. That is going to mean I have to reevaluate whether I stay. However, the people Terminix sends are excellent. They are knowledgeable, helpful and find ways to assist that actually work, and work with my busy schedule. My service tech Nathan has been great. When the ants try to get in every spring, he's there spraying extra and leaving ant traps for me, always returning my texts. He has pointed out problem areas and preventive measures too. The entomologist that deals with my termite protection knows his stuff too. My main concern with Terminix is their billing, and I know it's due to the merge. If I can keep these excellent people at a reasonable rate, I certainly will. I hope Terminix understands they are stretching the tolerance of a loyal 25 year customer, and that takes some doing.

The team from this office gets 5 stars. The 4 stars is more for the company itself, I did not care for their scheduling system. As someone who likes email confirmations and reminders I was disappointed that they weren't offered by Terminix. That being said, when I had to reschedule the office team is great and friendly. Curtis was the technician that came to my residence for several visits and I give him 5 stars. He was friendly, respectful, and explained everything clearly. He is a great employee and if your technician is Curtis you are in good hands. Again, the lack of 5 stars is for the company's schedule system, which is not a reflection of this local office. I would recommend them but if you're someone who likes reminders and confirmations you may find yourself a bit frustrated.
