I called and spoke to Alvan, and he kept saying we do not talk to customers for too long. He kept rushing me and then closed the phone on me. I called again and spoke to Rickia. She was great, helpful, and respectful. She has a calming voice. Helped me out with my issue and got my services up and running. After I get my first two treatments and see how the flea treatments go I will update my review.

Customer for years with a service plan, yet they overcharge, ignore my requests, lie about what they do around our home and how long they are here (for gods sake we have a video doorbell) and even after multiple calls and complaints and being told our branch will contact us about a refund I hear nothing. Do yourself a favor and go with a local company and support an actual small business because the service you get is laughable at best, a scam at worst.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Kenneth from Terminix, I feel compelled to shout from the rooftops about how incredible he is at what he does! From the moment he arrived, Kenneth was the definition of professional—prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered every single one of my questions with patience and expertise, and genuinely cared about making sure my home was protected. His attention to detail is unmatched. He didn’t just do a once-over; he inspected every nook and cranny, found areas I never would have thought to check, and gave me peace of mind that my home was in good hands.
