I’m only giving 2 stars because Brandon who did our service did his job and was the only person who did what we requested. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. Unfortunately my place developed drain flies due to a clogged bathroom sink. We unclogged the drain, and we tried everything (drain fly traps, bleach, everything) and no luck. We decided to call Terminix and get a quote for $250 as Orkin quoted me $380. I called Sunday to book my service, the woman over the phone said they had availability Tuesday 10am-12. We told her that wouldnt work as we are at work. She said she had 3-5. We asked if they could come after 4 because someone would be home. She said she “notated” that and that they should be here Tuesday 10/15/24 after 4. Tuesday comes around, we call to confirm, they tell us they have us booked tor 10/16 between 3-5. I said no it was booked for today (10/15), we cannot stay in my house because the flies are so bad, that’s the appt they booked and confirmed and that they need to make this work. The lady put me on hold and said she tried to call the tech to see if they can come that day and couldn’t get ahold of the tech. This is completely unacceptable, and they weren’t even going to tell me about the new appt unless I called them. How is that????? I then go on the website chat, to which Ric was no help whatsoever. If the conversation is tracked, please re-read it. I got no resolution whatsoever. I would’ve appreciated some sort of compensation for the mixup on their end that they admitted to. I am extremely disappointed in this service I received, and Terminix is very unprofessional in that way. I do not recommend using them and will use the more expensive Orkin from now on.

We called in the middle of the night because a guest could not sleep due to crickets inside the house. Terminix came the next morning around 9:00am and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The technician answered all my questions, except of course the details of the proprietary products. As all insecticides, the effects of the smell can themselves be overwhelming. By the next day, most of the smell was gone.

This company owes me around $7000 and refuses to pay me back. They had 2 account numbers for our address and were double charging us for 10 years. I have called countless times and am always told “we are writing a report, we will escalate this, you should hear from someone in 2 weeks.” Needless to say I have never heard from anyone and am supremely frustrated. This company has no integrity. Shameful.

Horrible. I was informed I would be charge monthly and can cancel any time, they wanted to charge me twice a month for over $200 (and no explanation on why I am being charged this much twice a month) and apparently they have no service on Sundays when I needed the most. I was informed that I need to call again to get someone to help. This is beyond poor customer service. Not to mentioned they did a horrible service can even come to pick up a dead mice.

Incompetent customer service. I scheduled an appt online, and the technician literally blew it off. I was told this by the terminex call rep when I followed up that night. They told me that somebody would get back to me in 1-2 days, and that I should ask them not to put Arthur on the case. Like it's my job to police their technicians. Bafflingly incompetent.

DO NOT use this service! We hired them last month to remove mice from our house, understanding that this would be a somewhat long and tedious process. They basically took our money and ran. At this point we are out almost $7,000 to them. Originally, they were supposed to do a full remediation of our house and an inspection every two weeks for around $5,000. They did the remediation but only have returned once after we essentially had to beg them to come because we still see mice activity. They returned and told us that since the mice had moved from the basement to the attic, they would need and additional $1,600 to now remediate that space. We paid, and the next day a single man showed up and said "oh i can't do this alone, this is a two man job." We asked when that would happen and he said he didn't know. Only after firmly expressing our displeasure did he then get on the phone to HQ and ask for help. The entire time though it was made clear to us that it was a bigger job than they were expecting and seemed angry at us. We didn't scope the job out though, each time we had someone from Terminix come and decide the price and the job? And we paid THOUSANDS of dollars! And the fact that we even had to pay additional money to do the attic work when we already paid $5,000 is ridiculous! Now, it's about 3 weeks out from the work they did in our attic, there is still a RAMPANT mouse problem. I have called, texted, and asked several times to return and address the issue - all to radio silence. In fact the mouse problem seems worse than before! This is HORRIBLE service, they do not solve the issue. They sell you on "we return as many times as we need to, to solve the problem" and we've had to BEG and PLEAD for them to return the one time they have come. Please, do not use this company if you want anything done about your issue, they are scam artists who will rip you off thousands of dollars for no work.

The tech who came notified me when he was coming did his job professionally explained what he was doing and left. I have been with Terminx for a long time and have been more than satisfied with the job they do. I highly recommend Terminx to everyone.
