Do not bother going here for help. I have been waiting over 6 months for them to actually come do the work I paid and continue to pay for. They do not link to the main office and apprrently do not believe service is important. Please avoid this branch of terminix at all costs and support a better, responsive, local exterminator.

We have been Terminix customers for several years and have had good service which you expect from an established and respected company. I want to tell you about the extra mile the branch manager and company went to make an honest mistake right. We called about a yellow jacket nest in the ground in our backyard. We were mistakenly told that the service was part of our plan. I am deathly allergic to Yellowjackets do to stepping in a nest as a child and being over exposed to the venom. Our fantastic tech called to discuss the service and we discovered the mistake that was made. The service was not included. When I called to discuss the issue with the branch manager he promptly investigated the issue and found that the mistake was made on the company’s part and immediately made it right by dispatching a tech to take care of the problem and honoring the misinformation. This is the sign of a reputable and well run business. I highly recommend this company. They are friendly, helpful, display integrity and do great work. Thank you to all involved. We appreciate you. If I could put ZERO stars i would. They had me in a contract for monthly payments for a termite infestation. Instead they took the lump sum of 1000$ all at once. When i called to complain they did return my money, but THEY decided to cancle our service. I now have bait traps that i cant not fill on my own along with termites still. They said i needed bait traps and liquid trenching, but when they showed up they said the liquid counteracts the bait.. I am now going with another service with more to prove as of a reputation. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TERMINIX TO ANYONE I CARE ABOUT

Called on a Wednesday and was charged for a service. I was told multiple times I had a scheduled appointment for the following Saturday between 10-12. At 12PM on Saturday I called them and told them no one showed yet. I was told my appointment was written down but never actually scheduled?? I was then told I would maybe receive a call back in 1-2 business days and that it would be at least 2 weeks before I could get someone. I have called 4 different times talking to someone new every time and not once have I gotten a call back nor any suggestion of how they are going to fix the situation other than “sorry that happened we will call you back.” Unacceptable and horrible customer service. Not to mention I still have a $150 charge with absolutely no service
