I also have the black ants,,, well, i did,, had the black ants that you sometimes see in your kitchen and/or bathrooms in the spring; Sam treated my home for the ants as well. Sam was very quick in service, was at my house at the time he said he would be, he was thorough in explaining detailed information concerning the condition of my home-his treatments work and are guaranteed. Sam's fees for all three services were less than the cost of one termite treatment from other service providers in east TN. I heavily recommend Sam for any of my clients, friends and family. Being a home inspector in the Knoxville area, I want excellence when paying for a service for my home.
