I had some questions about whether my Terminix termite protection plan was still ongoing, as I had not received billing for the service that I thought should’ve received by now. I contacted Joey, my Terminix representative for my insect protection plan, who guided me through the process of what I needed to do to get the answers I needed. I did so, and have it all worked out. I really can’t say enough good things about Joey 😊! He has been my rep for years and has patiently answered my questions, given me good information, and provided wonderful service. I highly recommend Terminix to my friends and tell them I hope they get a representative as outstanding as Joey!

Our initial inspection and consultation was excellent. We really appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection and clear understanding of the repairs that need to be made. However, we have worked for a couple weeks now to get an appointment scheduled for the repairs to be made and have not had much response. Our inspector, who was great, has been on vacation which is understandable but we were not able to get help from anyone else at the company and are still waiting for a response from anybody else within the company.

Very nice technician, I feel like he listened to my questions and concerns. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I called back and talked to a manager about another service and he was extremely helpful! Been a few weeks now and had no issues at all! Will be a lifelong costumer!
