Keegan is so amazing! When I had a bug issue and was freaking out he helped calm me down and ease my fears. He always answers my questions and concerns. He cares about me and my home and doesn't treat me like just another customer. He's very polite and respectful. I got so lucky having him as my pest control servicer! Been a customer for years but when they were bought by Rentokil, customer service and quality went way down. Had trouble getting them to come out and when they did it was spotty. Of course, when I switched to another company, they were here the next day pulling out the termite bait stations. Had trouble with ants on the patio for years with Termininx. Haven’t seen any since switching and getting service from my new provider. I feel like I was being ripped off. You’re much better off going with a local company. Should’ve done that years ago.

I scheduled an appointment with the overnight call center and no one ever showed up to do my consultation the next day. I called once again and they told me my appointment was canceled because I live in an apartment complex and we’re not allowed to schedule them as tenants which I was not told on the phone. No one ever contacted me about my appointment being canceled and upon talking to the representative , I found out that they barely even took any of my information down. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication with this company and I definitely decided to go another route. I highly suggest instead of Terminix you call Orkin instead as they are such a better business and took care of my needs in a very timely manner. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Our Terminix service person, Ivan, is the absolute best! He is very responsive to texts and calls, provides same day service or next day service most times and always shows up cheerful and incredibly helpful. He has been servicing our home for years and the reason we continue to be a loyal Terminix customer!

I have a yearly contract with Terminix and they come on a regular basis and do a good job and handle. Any concerns I have. I like the fact that it’s the same service man each month he’s familiar with my house and my needs. He seems very knowledgeable on the pest that concern me

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Terminix due to misinformation, poor communication, and lack of follow-through. On Saturday, 12/6, I called Terminix and spoke with a representative who signed me up for Pest 365. I was told this service included a free inspection, exclusion services (sealing holes around the home), and bait boxes. The cost was quoted as $250 to start and $43 monthly after the first two services, and the representative applied a discount, bringing the initial payment down to $199. However, when the technician arrived for the first appointment on Saturday, 12/13, he believed I was an existing customer who only needed new bait boxes. He had no work order for an inspection or exclusion services. I do not fault the technician at all. This was clearly a communication issue on the company’s end. After calling customer service multiple times, I was told to wait until Monday, 12/15, to resolve the issue. Eventually, another representative informed me that my account had been set up by a third-party company and was never properly transferred to Terminix. I was also told that exclusion services are not included in Pest 365 and would cost extra, directly contradicting what I was originally promised. I was assured that a district manager would contact me by Monday, but no one did. I called again and was told a branch manager would reach out.. again, no contact. When I called back on Thursday, 12/18, I was told my case had been closed and that a manager had contacted me, which was simply not true. After repeatedly trying to resolve this and receiving no response, I called on Friday, 12/19, to cancel my services. I requested a full refund and was told that even that was not guaranteed, despite the fact that no inspection or exclusion services were ever performed and only bait boxes were placed. This service was arranged for my grandmother’s home while she is currently hospitalized. I was trying to ensure the mouse issue was properly handled before she returned home, and instead I was met with misinformation and a complete lack of accountability. Overall, this experience was frustrating and deeply disappointing. I expected professionalism and clear communication, and unfortunately received neither.
