If I could give zero I would - The general manager of this location decided to cancel my service without possibility of reinstatement because we questioned their accountability of bat-abatement and why Terminix refuses to honor their promise of said service. Had pest, termite, and bat - so the General Manager chose to cancel my entire account because we expect companies to live up to their promises. Gen Mgr refuses to engage, will not discuss, and refuses to place intelligent information in the file as to why he cancelled my service. I expect refunds on my service charges retroactively to the prepaid services - and cannot engage the company to initiate. RANCID way of doing business.

Terminex and Ryan have always provided great service and communication. Ryan is professional and attentive to our home and it’s pest control. I really like the heads up a couple days prior and a notice when he is on his way. If in- between service I’ve had an issue, and I contact Ryan, he follows up very quickly. I greatly appreciate having Ryan each time; this extends a level of trust in Ryan, the service and the company as a whole.

My experience has been fine up until this week. We had our service around the first part of August. But this week, no rain, but the mosquitoes have been awful and the flies. We haven't had too many issues this spring and summer. But this week has been unbearable. It would be nice to get a redo, please.

Poor communication amongst representatives, clearly trying to upsell us when visiting our home, and an inspector raised his voice in frustration at us when we didn’t understand why there were so many discrepancies in prices between what was cited on the phone vs in person. We called for an issue with ants and we were soon being lead on a tour of our home to look for mice and termites, despite having no signs of either, the inspector tried to upsell us into preventative measures for these issues. But of course, this representative also conveniently didn’t know the prices of anything. Though, he was quick to say that the pricing model that was cited on the phone was incorrect. This inspector rubbed his eyes and forehead as if we were giving him a headache while we tried to understand what we would be charged and why. People place trust in these companies to help when an issue arises in their home. Instead, we were misled and yelled at. Truly horrified that this occurred today. Update: After placing a complaint, a representative did call to apologize and to state that they’ve “never had any issues with this person before.” That explanation is neither helpful nor appreciated. We were thankful that they responded to this issue promptly. They offered to send another inspector out, which does not address any issues concerning the behavior that was committed by an inspector and we had already had our house sprayed. Not sure what an additional inspector would bring to the situation. If we did not need to have the issue dealt with that day, we simply would have asked them to leave and would not have done business with them. We will not be recommending or returning to work with this company.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever requested service from. Had a second opinion and found no issues. I even pointed out what was said to be termites. Guy laughed, licked his finger and wiped off dirt. Called multiple times to speak with manager. No call back. Do not use, they suddenly find something then want to extort $1500 for a "treatment plan" with no justification in order for them to pass your inspection. Don't waste your money. Absolute trash of a company and no one answers the phone and you get a call center that is absolutely no help and assured I would get a phone call within 3 days, I called 3 times with same promise. Should be ashamed the way you run a company. Striaght extortion!!!
