We have been customers of Terminix twice now, both times we felt fine with their services and even recommended them to our friends and families. That ended in March of 2026 when Justin came to do a home exclusion, he doesn’t understand how to do the job or he’s a scam artist trying to rise up the ranks by nickel and diming every little thing he can. Once the exclusion was done and the techs came to do the job we discovered there were things on the exclusion that shouldn’t have been added and things that weren’t done that should have been- after multiple email attempts I was ghosted and had to contact Terminix customer service who tried to gaslight me into believing we didn’t have appointments and that the techs were wrong about the exclusion job- despite me having emails and the techs service pages they filled out. After two weeks this resulted in a charge back at the bank- because Terminix corporate made sure to charge us the money despite knowing the work had not been done and that there were add ons that couldn’t be done. 42 days later after filing a complaint with BBB and the local Erlanger office, I spoke with Jeff Maupin the branch manager. He was helpful, calm, and understanding. We resolved the issues the next business day. He worked with us on a new bill and had the techs finish the exclusion. To Jeff and Alex- thank you. Both of you are very customer first oriented and strive to help what you can, you both are wonderful individuals. To Justin- shame on you. Let Alex do the exclusion assessments, he’s a tech that clearly knows what’s going on.

He arrived on time, listened carefully to my concerns, addressed everything thoroughly, and explained the treatment details clearly. Professional, courteous, and very helpful.

My experience with Terminix has been great. Their promise of no critters or insects has been right on. My technician Ryan has been wonderful and told me personally if I have any problems in between appointments, just to let him know and he would be right out. Highly recommend them.

Came quickly to assess issues. Regular scheduled treatment. Ants gone in just a couple of days. Outside no more awful spiders and webs especially in the fall. Situation taken care of quickly and spraying for mosquitoes has been a life changing experience for the good! I no longer have to spray myself head to toe just to be able to walk outside and back. Comes when scheduled. Doug is quick efficient and extremely pleasant to work with. Very pleased with our service!

We had a squirrel (or more) in our attic!! It was terrible!! I could hear the scurring throughout the house. I contacted Terminx for removal and securing the home from future instances. Austin, Chase and Alex were the tech team that worked with mt throughout the process. They were wonderful! They were open, honest, professional and understanding. Mother Nature put a few delays in the process from quote to completion but my team stayed in constant communication with me. I also appreciate the attention that the office manager and sales manager showed when there was a miscommunication between my expectations and the quote. We were supposed to have one of Terminix workers come and give us a quote for service, and to give us information regarding about keeping mice out of our home. They were scheduled for 5 p.m. we recieved a text message directly from the worker at 5:45 p.m. stating that they weren't coming becasue they had left work for the day. When we called terminix to talk to some one about this, they put us on hold for over an hour with no one answering their apparent 24/7 customer service lines.

Buford was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for anyone better. He kept in touch with me through day on when he would be there. Once he arrived (on time to) he was very straightforward with everything. Answered all questions we had. Did an amazing job. Will definitely want to keep him as our exterminator
