Buford was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for anyone better. He kept in touch with me through day on when he would be there. Once he arrived (on time to) he was very straightforward with everything. Answered all questions we had. Did an amazing job. Will definitely want to keep him as our exterminator

UPDATE: The brand manager, Jeff, called me within 24hours of this review. He admitted known issues with the call center and promised to work to correct. He gave me his direct phone line for any services I needed moving forward. I felt a lot better after talking to Jeff. He was transparent and honest - just what I want in a pest control service! ~~~~ I have used Terminix for years. My family has used Terminix for years... I have paid thousands for exclusion work and pest control in the last 3 years...and I think I have finally had enough. If I didn't have an exclusion warranty, I would have cancelled a long time ago. Spring 2024 - I had a major mouse problem. Terminix just kept setting traps and not performing any investigative or exclusion work to solve the problem. Despite having exclusion services paid for, I ended up having to hire another company $2k to seal up my house. Winter 2025 - I found out that squirrels were entering my basement though a small hole. I called multiple times for an exclusion fix. Each time they sent a new person and each time that new person had no idea what they were doing. They usually came very unprepared despite me leaving extensive details when I scheduled the services. I had to keep rescheduling - I believe 4 times in total. After multiple attempts, I (again) hired another company (again, having to pay a lot of extra money for a service that Terminix should be providing me as part of my contract). I called that other company and they came out same day and removed the squirrels immediately. August 2025 - My quarterly bug control service rep, Brenden, helped me schedule an exclusion service because I told him my concerns about birds getting in my attic. He ordered the exclusion service to come out. Despite Brenden putting in the order, Terminix never contacted me back. September 2025 - Since I never heard back from the original exclusion request in mid August, I called again a month later to make an appointment. I was VERY detailed in my call and told them multiple times what I needed done because I just knew they'd show up unprepared again. However, once again the service rep came unprepared (not his fault, he wasn't given the right details) and had no idea that he'd even need a ladder. He was actually the same man who tried to help me in August and he even double checked that he put the order in. He was really apologetic and actually called another crew to come same day because he knew how frustrated I was. Brenden and Austin went above and beyond this day to help me. All this to say -- Terminix's customer service has gone downhill the last couple years and downhill fast. There is a MAJOR disconnect between the customer service line and the crew on the ground. Clearly, those working in customer service have no idea how to accurately communicate with the crew members so they show up prepared. Not to mention, it's an expensive service I'm paying for and I'm tired of having to call in their competitors to fix what they keep messing up. I haven't met any final decisions yet about cancelling because I feel a weird sense of loyalty, but they are less than one strike away at this point.

Doug was awesome , he took the time needed to explain treatments and provide service. He was not in a hurry and treated me with kindness and respect. I will be asking for him each time as tech to come to our home.

Crazy experience with this location. Had a guy who seemed like he was on hard drugs show up to treat for fleas. Had to baby sit him to make sure he sprayed at all. Also asked if me and my cat were allowed to be there while he sprayed, he said yes. Looked up the product and the manufacturer wants to stay away from it until it drys. When we called to complain they said they'd escalate it and reach back. Never did and sent it to collections without saying a word. This location has awful staffing! Definitely avoid

The guy that came and sprayed was wonderful! So nice and understanding. Would recommend to anyone. Such wonderful employees both in the office and out on the job. So glad we have a monthly plan with them.

I have, in the past had some doubts of service being done. However, I asked for notification of date and time space so I could be home . Today treatment was completed and I was notified a couple of days in advance, and the gentleman was good enough to ask for any concerns ( which is very nice), and he described what he was taking care of. I give him a high rating and thank you for working with me on notification!

So it’s been a few years now but I’m still upset that Erlanger Terminex stole $2000 from me. Had squirrels in my eaves. $1000 up front. They put peanut butter in a cage out in my yard. Never caught one squirrel . Had my credit card number and added another $1000 after failed job. Because I signed a contract, AMEX would not refund. Forgot their employees name but I see he is no longer with them. THEY STILL OWE ME $2000
