They sent a guy name Exavier Ligon to my home for a follow visit & to address some concern I was having with ants etc and he came out and did an amazing job!. He covered everything! Very detailed! He was able to locate the source of my issue & has given me a peace of mind regarding my home and property. Again, He did an excellent job! He was also very professional & knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I would admit, I didn’t 100% know if this company was going to live up to their name or the sales speech when first starting with them (I hoped they would but didn’t know); however, they did just that! They did what they said they would do. I would Highly recommend this company, if you are needing a company that will stand by their product! Jimmy was the inspector, he came in and did a very thorough inspection and identified not only the mice problem but he was able to identify other issues as well. Was clear and concise when talking about prevention plans and was very easy to talk to. He’s very good at his job and it is very much appreciated.
