I was having issues in my house with mice and I called the 24 hour hotline and they got someone out here as soon as possible, which I appreciated. Jimmy was the inspector, he came in and did a very thorough inspection and identified not only the mice problem but he was able to identify other issues as well. Was clear and concise when talking about prevention plans and was very easy to talk to. He’s very good at his job and it is very much appreciated.

My service technician (Josh) exceeded my expectations. He is very customer centric. He always communicates with me via text in advance of his visit (as a reminder), when he's in route to the appointment and with a followup summary of issues identified and what services he performed to resolve those issues. Josh is extremely thorough and always asks if I have identifies any issues he needs to be aware of. Josh is a great Terminix Ambassador

This is an unsolicited review, but we feel compelled to share with you our experience with Justin S. who is our Terminix service technician. Justin represents Terminix extremely well. He has strong people and communication skills. He is always professional and personable. And he is consistently thorough in completing the monthly treatments, along with addressing any concerns we have. We know he will do all within his power to ensure our home is protected. It's a rarity to find his level of customer service skills in today's world. We are asking those in leadership roles at Terminix to recognize Justin for a job well done!

We have had a great experience with Terminix. We have had them complete the encapsulation and next step is the dehumidifier to be put in once the electrician comes to run power for it. We also had termite prevention started as well. The guys had to completely clean out our crawl space insulation & etc had to be removed ,a huge task . They were on time and worked really hard on some hot summer days to get it completed! They communicated well letting us know any issues found and what they completed each time . Jake the branch manager has reached out to answered any of our questions and to let us know the next steps involved .This all is a bit expensive but in the long run we feel it was what we needed to do. At this point we are extremely pleased with Terminix and we would recommend them to our family and friends .

I had my pest control service done recently, and I can’t say enough good things about my technician Josh! From the moment he arrived, Josh was friendly, punctual, and super knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, pointed out a few things I would’ve completely missed, and offered helpful tips on additional services that would benefit me. What really impressed me was his attention to detail — he didn’t rush the inspection and made sure to check every nook and cranny.
