Very disappointed! We were having trouble with another company with service being consistent in coming to service our building. We thought Terminix would do a better job, they have a 4 star rating. That wasn't the case. Just like the previous company Terminix wasn't consistent. We we're billed monthly for services that didn't happen. Brought it to Terminix attention in March of this year that we hadn't been serviced since November of 2025 and was told that the person had a signed completion of service stating that the service had been completed the week prior at 3 pm. I explained that wasn't the case because this is a childcare facility and it is against the law to spray those type chemicals when children are present. We were told that an investigation would happen and John would contact us needlessly to say that never happen. March/April they came and haven't been back since. Called Terminix again was told once again that they had a signed completion of service for May 23. Again not true our facility is only opened Mon-Fri. Terminix don't have a key to the building. I advised Terminix that our building is equipped with camera's inside and outside. We can pull the day up and you won't see their service man in our building even if he pulled into the parking lot you won't see him inside of the building. Told the same thing as before an investigation will take place and John will contact us. They were faithful in sending a monthly bill and receiving payment but not faithful in service.

Arranged an inspection for termite inspection and an estimate for pest treatment. James Wilson, whom I'm told is the branch manager for the Savannah area (Pooler location) came out to inspect. He advised he wasn't able to inspect for termites because of access but could just do a treatment for it. He also didn't inspect for any pests activity or seek to understand my concern. He simply stated that the solution they use " treat for all pests ranging from spiders to roaches, etc". He also said he would email estimates for both termite treatment and ongoing pest control. He came out on Tuesday, 5/26 and it's now 6/11 and I still haven't received estimates. I have called everyone from Terminix customer service to the regional sales manager, Daniel Grimsley. No one has responded to any of my requests for over 2 wks. I was To me, this speaks volumes to the level of customer service one should expect from this company. With such a strong brand & name that they have, I am very disappointment with the levels of customer service. Based on my experience, I recommend seeking treatments from other sources & not Terminix for your home pest needs.

Starting from the inside of my home , helpful checks were made to make sure that no problems exists. Then the outside were I was told was where problems start the exterior of my home foundation was circled adding a protective barrier to keep intruder outside. Thank you for your great service.

I’m sooooo HAPPY I called & set up my pest control service with Terminix. John was VERY helpful, respectful, he listened to everything I said & he was VERY informative from our first call to the time he showed up for our first service I feel VERY CONFIDENT this the issue I’m having in my home will gradually become better & honestly eventually nonexistent. Again I just want to say thank you to John for providing me & my household nothing but the BEST TOP QUALITY SERVICE! I’m SO APPRECIATIVE & thankful. Can’t forget HOPEFUL & very excited to see the results of his work unfold. We have been trying to get a technician to survey our home for months now. We schedule appointments but no one shows. One time a technician stated there was no need for him to come for an an inspection. We have a contract with Terminix that includes multiple inspections. The Terminix in Pooler, GA. do a poor job of supporting their customers in Chatham County. I would like to get the contact information for the service manager.
