He takes time to ask questions and focuses on catering to the specific needs of my property. Terminex has definitely exceeded my expectations when it comes to excellent service techs and Dryen is definitely one of the best!

He’s very thorough, super kind and respectful of our space, and always makes sure we’re informed on what he handled and if there are any issues we should keep an eye out for. We receive text notices a week prior and the day of the appointment with an ETA for arrival. I appreciate the constant communication and customer service from him!

Service sold was not given. Workers were nice, so this review is not against them. Was sold a service that: 1. Remove all existing insulation 2. Clean all bio matter 3. Sanitize all of area, requiring HVAC to be shut down due to heavy odor 4. Existing can lights enclosed ("boxed in") 5. 9" of insulation to be blown throughout. 6. All possible openings bigger than a quarter closed off 7. 1 way doors installed They showed up, removed insulation and replaced with blown insulation and left. Was not cleaned, was not sanitized, no prior recorded openings were closed, no 1 ways installed and they left the garage and road an absolute mess. They then proceeded to close the ticket as complete and billed me. It is now 7 days later and after multiple attempts to contact, no response has been given. Work that was completed is now worthless as the pests are still present and I have had to spend over 2 hrs cleaning up the mess that was left. Not only am I furious about the job done, I am actually embarrassed for a once reputable company that would outright scam a customer like this
