John was VERY helpful, respectful, he listened to everything I said & he was VERY informative from our first call to the time he showed up for our first service I feel VERY CONFIDENT this the issue I’m having in my home will gradually become better & honestly eventually nonexistent. Again I just want to say thank you to John for providing me & my household nothing but the BEST TOP QUALITY SERVICE! I’m SO APPRECIATIVE & thankful. Can’t forget HOPEFUL & very excited to see the results of his work unfold. We have been trying to get a technician to survey our home for months now. We schedule appointments but no one shows. One time a technician stated there was no need for him to come for an an inspection. We have a contract with Terminix that includes multiple inspections. The Terminix in Pooler, GA. do a poor job of supporting their customers in Chatham County. I would like to get the contact information for the service manager.

Terminex has definitely exceeded my expectations when it comes to excellent service techs and Dryen is definitely one of the best!

He’s very thorough, super kind and respectful of our space, and always makes sure we’re informed on what he handled and if there are any issues we should keep an eye out for. We receive text notices a week prior and the day of the appointment with an ETA for arrival. I appreciate the constant communication and customer service from him!
