Michael Harris our Terminix guy, communicates with us before he comes by, on his way, and then after he leaves with details of the treatment. Any time we've seen bug activity (ants, moths, etc.), we've let him know and he sets up a treatment visit right away, and the problem is taken care of. We've been very happy with our service.

They give you 1 day notice for appointments. The initial inclusion was supposed to be done for the attic & garage. When we got back in town, it was VERY apparent that they never touched the garage. So, I had to call and get an appointment. No one ever called or reached out to schedule an appointment, only the poor tech reached out the day before to confirm. That’s ridiculous. Who will just happen to be home the next day between a random window of time. Now, less than a year later the rats are back and I called to schedule a follow up yet again. Same thing. When I called the number they said someone from the local branch will reach out to schedule the appointment. Again, apparently it was just scheduled without my consent or ever speaking to me I had NO idea 🤷‍♀️ the service was scheduled until the tech reached out the day before to confirm. I don’t believe there are people in the scheduling department, because there is no way to soak to them at all. Photo of hole they left where the rat got into my garage. Terminix sent 2 people to my home for a termite inspection that I did NOT authorize. You interrupted me in the middle of my work day by coming to my home unannounced and proceeded to offer a service that 1. I did not request, and 2. I am not qualified for because I am living in a rental property. When I set up my pest control appointment, I explicitly told the representative that I am a renter. He did not make ONE mention of anyone other than the exterminator coming to my home! This was extremely annoying and very rude of you to just show up at my home. Also, the inspector was a jerk and he will NEVER be allowed to come to my door EVER again! On the bright side, my technician was amazing. Fred notified me in advance, as promised, and did a fantastic job with the service.

Ive been paying for Terminix services for a few years now. This week, I found two termites in my home. So we call, tell them the deal, and they schedule a visit for two days from then. Expect them between 8 am - 10 am. The day comes, we get up early, and no one shows up. Okay, stuff happens. We call back- apparently, they told us the day theyre were scheduling us for, and then it never actually got scheduled. Sounds promising. So we reschedule, 2 more days from this debacle. Between 8 am - 10 am. Turns out, they got the wrong guy for our problem assigned, so he has to try and get HQ to assign the right guy, and that we should "Expect a call". So now its the end of the work day, and I never received any call. So I call. And it turns out they've rescheduled us to be seen 3 1/2 weeks from now. And didn't bother to tell us. I ask why, why so far out? Why no call? They don't know why no call, they say they're busy bc of the time of year, and I'm like yeah I know, because more termites are showing up in my the longer you delay helping me, and I don't know if theyre crawling in from outside or if they've already moved in but damage potentially being done and you guys aren't taking this seriously at all. First off I pay, yearly, so that you guys can prevent this from happening- and now its happening, and no one cares, and theres no one to come help. There are plenty other Pest Control companies around us. So I call them, and guess what, cross your fingers but they say they'll come over in a few days, not three weeks, and so far I'm inclined to trust they mean it.

We made the mistake of hiring this company in 2024 for a rat in the attic problem. They performed an “exclusion” service installing one way doors all over our roof. It is 2026 and we still have been dealing with rats. Appointments are changed at the last minute, inspectors are sent to our home when technicians were scheduled, it takes 45 min to schedule a simple appointment and their level of urgency is incredibly low. We have been requesting to speak to a manager for months without luck. We are canceling service in March and will tell anyone who will listen to steer clear of this company. Shame.

I decided to discontinue my Terminix services solely due to the multiple increases in the annual fees, which rose from $118 in 2022 to $151.51 in 2025. Since I was enrolled in auto-pay, I only became aware of these increases through bank statements or electronic invoices, which I occasionally review. I do not recall receiving any direct communication informing me about these changes. While I have always valued the quality of service provided, the financial impact combined with the lack of clear notification played a significant role in my decision. I want to stress that this decision in no way reflects on the professionalism or quality of the Terminix team, but is strictly related to the pricing adjustments. I remain appreciative of the excellent service I have received throughout our relationship.

We had a very disappointing experience with Terminix. After noticing that our business did not seem to receive service every month despite being automatically charged, we raised this concern with the manager and requested an investigation along with signed service records. After reviewing the case, the manager admitted that their employee had signed the customer signature section themselves on the service reports. This is extremely serious and appears to be illegal. Because of this, there is no way to verify whether the technician actually showed up to provide the service or not. What is even more disappointing is that, despite acknowledging this issue, the manager did not take any meaningful corrective action or offer a reasonable resolution. For a company as large and well-known as Terminix, this level of misconduct and lack of accountability is unacceptable. We have since canceled our service and are very disappointed. We hope this review is seen by the appropriate departments so customers like us can receive a proper explanation and fair handling of such issues.

ERIC NEWBERRY was an amazing Technician that took his time to explain to us what would be best for our situation. I have had other technicians that have came to our house and did not care to ask us anything and just wanted to start spraying. So I really appreciate it when a employee takes there job seriously. From now on we have request him as our technician because he made us feel at ease. Thank you again ERIC for all you do.

Had our first service with Terminix - Carvel was the technician - he explained everything before he started and aging through every step. All with a pleasant approach and a. Smile. I appreciate the positive approach he maintained throughout his time.
