Bob is awesome. He is always extremely responsive and willing to go above and beyond to help us out. Perfect example: My 4 year old daughter was terrified to go back outside to play because a wasp flew at her earlier that day. She agreed that if “The Bug Super Hero” came out and took care of the wasps, she would play again. Bob was out the next day, reassured her at the door he would take care of it, and was outside the same day to play. 100% satisfied with the service Bob provides, and would recommend Terminix and Bob to anyone!

My experience with Terminix has been extremely poor. I took over the bond of the previous owner of my home in March 2024. The transfer seemed to go okay over the phone but I remember next billing cycle around, the previous home owner got billed. This was despite me adding autopay to my account. Since then, I have to call Terminix every time I want to get my monthly bait system bill paid because the previous home owner keeps getting the bill instead of me (and had to put a stop payment against Terminix). Each time, they tell me the issue is strange, that they see the autopay payment method on my account. Then they say they’ll “forward” the issue to the “local branch” to get it sorted out. A few weeks ago, an agent promised to get back to me the next day to follow up on the issue and never did. This agent told me my bill was going to my old address, which is creepy because how they would even have that address? Another issue I had was when I scheduled termite inspections a few months ago. They scheduled two appointments, one for a check on the liquid system and one for a check on the bait system. I called to confirm the first appointment a few hours before because I noticed I hadn’t gotten any type of confirmation from the inspector like I did for the second appointment. Apparently I wasn’t on the schedule and I took off work for this appointment. Next is the issue of billing price for my monthly bait system. When my bond was being transferred to me, the person taking care of the transfer raved at how amazing my bait system price would be after October 2024, the one year point of when this bond started. A few weeks ago when I called to have my bill paid yet again, I tried to confirm this new pricing with the agent. Apparently my bait system billing price will not go down until next March 2025, the one year mark from when I took over the bond. I was also told October was when I could cancel the bait system bond without a cancellation fee as I tried to cancel a few months back after the appointment issue and continued bill issue. When I tried to cancel a few weeks ago, they told me I’d still have to pay the fee and that I can’t cancel until March 2025 without the fee. Also I just looked, monthly bait system bill is still not going to my online account and auto pay is on still. This has just been a really confusing and irritating experience. I would not recommend Terminix to anyone. Two stars instead of one because my most phone agents have been friendly and the technician who came to my house once was very nice.
