Jalan and Gawaine are very respectful and professional people. They are kind and answered all of my questions. They spent their time and did a wonderful job. I feel much better walking through my home. Also, Gawaine spent a lot of time performing administrative duties for me. Several times I had to contact him when his supervisor ignored my calls to schedule appointments. He should be admin.

I would NEVER recommend Terminix, specifically this location! My 78-year-old mother's house was burglarized of family heirloom jewelry by an employee of this location. I don't know what kind of background checks this company does for new employees, but it is insufficient for a company that sends people into customers' homes. This employee took advantage of a 78-year-old woman and employed a ruse that he needed to check the upstairs for bugs. All the while, my mother is trying to keep an eye on 4 other employees in and around her home. He knew this was an impossible task, and went upstairs and spent 45 minutes digging through her rooms, finding and pocketing heirloom jewelry. Items that can never be replaced. Items that held sentimental family history and importance. This employee knew what he was looking for, locating only items that he could pocket. Items of gold, silver, or gems. This employee took advantage of an elderly woman's independence and violated her home and security! Who knows what Terminix did? Who knows if this guy is still employed? Who knows how many other people he has taken advantage of? Because, of course, they will not tell consumers what they do about these kinds of employee problems, if they do anything at all. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT ALLOW THEM INTO YOUR HOME!! THEY ARE EMPLOYING CRIMINALS AND PEOPLE WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS!!!

We had a rodent problem and Terminix did a wonderful job with the Inspection, Recommendations and replaced all the Attic and Crawlspace Insulation, as well as Sanitized the entire area and even cleaned up afterward. The 5-man team that did the work were Polite, Fast, Thorough and showed me pictures and video of the completed work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TERMINIX!

I’ve been a Terminix customer for five years, and initially, I always had a good experience. When I called recently to put my account on hold due to a move, the first representative assured me everything would be fine and that my account would be paused until July of next year. At that point, I thought it was all settled. Unfortunately, I kept receiving messages about technicians still being dispatched, and each subsequent call gave me a different answer. After multiple calls, I was ultimately told I'd have to cancel my service. Because of that cancellation, I lost the grandfathered pricing I’d had for years. It’s especially frustrating because I know these calls are recorded, so they can confirm exactly what was promised and how it was handled. After five years as a customer, this was a really disappointing way to end things. I hope they review their records and see how inconsistent the service has become. Until then, I won’t be returning.

Terminex did a wonderful and detailed review of house, crawlspace, patio, porch and yard. We had wasps and spiders. The nest was identified in the patio concrete under the raised floor- difficult to get to but Howard was tenacious and got into that area. This is a company I would highly recommend. I truly dislike the service I got from Terminix. The pricing / plans, and the ability to change or cancel is predatory. When I canceled my service it took about four tries with four different answers over 3 months on how to cancel without receiving a late penalty... Then to remove traps, they just showed up at my house with no consultation or approval came on my property and took the traps. No problem with them taking the traps. It’s just they showed up out of nowhere and left holes all around my house. terrible service and experience all around.
