Ryan Ohara has been wonderful to work with since the beginning. We opted into this service additionally for only one visit, but ended up being very satisfied with the professionalism and prevention done by this company that we now see them quarterly. I notice a major difference in using this service. Very nice gentlemen and recommend this company.

JERET, is always courteous and provides a ton of info before an after service. I really appreciate the effort he puts in to take care of our property.

We had Iyar Mamis come out to our house regarding a raccoon issue. When I explained the situation, he repeatedly said he could get the raccoons out, but when I asked how, he would not provide any details and said he needed to inspect the property first. After arriving, he quoted us $5,000 but still would not explain what methods would be used to remove the animals. Throughout the visit, we felt he relied heavily on scare tactics and was more focused on making a sale than providing clear information. After speaking with several other pest control companies, we were told that the raccoons may leave on their own or that a licensed wildlife removal specialist may be needed. Based on those conversations, we did not feel the information we received was fully transparent. A major reason we chose not to move forward with your company was our experience with Iyar. We felt more like a sales opportunity than a customer looking for honest guidance and solutions.

Online scheduling was convenient and straightforward. Elijah called ahead to say when he would arrive. He was quick, professional, informative, and friendly. I would use this service again.

I had a situation with squirrels on my roof. They had chewed a big hole in my roof and they were going and running around my attic at all hours of the night. This was a big problem that needed to be fixed by a professional. I didn't have a lot of money to spend and my service technician, Alejondro, was super understand and very reassuring that I was making the right decision to hire this company. He even offered several different payment plans that I could choose from. I appreciate his friendly and professional attitude and would definitely hire them again.

Its pricey. The inspection was okay, but what she quoted for "recommended" services was insanely priced. I chose to do the work myself and saved $2000. I probably will cancel the monthly subscription eventually and do the pest control myself.

Great service! Ryan was very helpful and adjusted my appointment to when I was home so he could do the inside at the same time. I have a quarterly general pest extermination plan and so far no problems!

Found a rat in our house and called Terminix to evaluate how it got in and what to do about it. We called late in the day and the phone person sent out an inspector (Iyar) who spent the better part of 3 hours going around the house and finding ratty things that I shudder thinking about. He did what he could that night and booked another specialist (Vincent) to come ASAP to deal with our ratty guest. We couldn’t be happier with the demeanor and professionalism that both employees showed us and they both were excellent ambassadors for Terminix, as well as being obviously well trained and experienced in their jobs. Well done Iyar, Vincent, and Terminix for your professionalism and excellent work.

I had a critter stuck in my house. Called Terminix and was told someone would be out that morning. Well into the service window I was called to be told that...
