DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I never write a review, but our experience with this company was so bad - I felt I needed to share, hopefully to save someone else the headache. We contracted with them to remove insulation contaminated by rodents, clean the area and to replace the insulation. They came out one time and removed the contaminated insulation - but that was it. They sent the Full invoice for payment, and never came back. After numerous calls and emails over months, they finally acknowledged the job was incomplete - they came back and cleaned the area, but did not install new insulation. They then tried to say that new insulation was not included, even though it is specifically called out separately in our bid. Then they said they would only install blown-in insulation, not batt insulation; however, the area is a crawl space and they removed batt insulation. We then asked numerous times to remove the charge for replacing the insulation, and we would just pay the bill for removing the contaminated insulation and cleaning. After numerous attempts to contact the company to resolve the issue, the company just sent the bill to collections - without ever getting back to us to resolve the issue. I was repeatedly told by people on the phone that they completely understand, and that they would talk to a supervisor- NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO US. I repeat, please save yourself the headache - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You only ever talk to people in call centers. They do not even complete the work themselves. They are a huge corporation that contracts with local contractors, and just makes money off the name. Save yourself the trouble and just hire a local pest control company. We ended up having our building termite tented by a local company, and the service was great! The local company had a better price, better service and you actually get to talk to a live person in your area!

The service was timely performed and I was informed of the progress along the way. The service technician not only performed the pesticide application for the spiders that we experience, but also cleaned the extensive webs from the patio furniture to help avoid more spiders. This monthly service and the individual technician are amazing and I whole heartedly endorse them.

We made a plan to ensure both my pets and he were safe while he was on the property. When that planned changed due to my schedule changing he was able to adapt quickly and efficiently.
