Just wanted to share in case anyone else goes through this situation. I paid $139 for a first service and wanted an every other month spray of my parents home. The first visit was fine. We have been trying to schedule a follow up visit. The technician did not respond to my parents call. I scheduled a follow up online. The next day, I received a text the appointment was cancelled. I called customer service and asked them to send a different technician. It’s imperative they keep the appointments because my parent’s schedule is full and it’s very hard for them to be out of the house for 4 hours they’re elderly.No one from terminix called me back and they sent a text with a follow up appointment a week later in which I did not approve the date or time.Unfortunately, I thought terminix was a major company and their customer service would be better. I don’t know if this is done on purpose so that you pay a large amount up front and then they just continue to re schedule appointments so that you can’t get that free follow up in between. Just be cautious
