Terminix of Fellows, CA

I am not happy with the way they billed us. We received a $20.00 bill in the mail for re-inspection. I was told that this was free. Please disclose all fees! I am also not happy with the way we were billed for the insulation removal (blown-in and batt removal). Their techs came out and only removed the blown-in. I was told that they had to come back for the batt removal because of miscommunication between Terminix and the subcontractors. In the meantime, we already got charged the whole amount. It created a worry that they might not come back. They did return to finish the job. My suggestion here is that if you have not finished the job, then do not charge the whole amount.

I’m going to be very honest Geovanny needs to be retained my family had a terrible experience with him at first it wasn’t so much until the date of the fumigation my mother had received a call to confirm the appointment and turned out the wrong date and was given and when trying to reach out to geovanny my family got no response until the next day unprofessional. when it came time to set up the tent for the house geovanny again didn’t informed us to schedule an appointment pg&e to turn on the house gas the only person that would informed us was their sub contractor that did the actual fumigation. Last part that has me very mad that when told geovanny that we want 3 months no interest payment plan turned out that he put us down for 36 months with interest honestly I would never recommend this salesman to no one.

Great follow up inspection with Termix personnel. Very professional and willing to answer questions from adults and children. We first hand seen the protection our house is getting from the service we are paying for. Thank you to Ramiro and Rick for your attention and fast response to concerns.

Ivan completed a termite inspection (due to recent home improvements we knew we needed termite treatment). He provided a very thorough inspection and went over our options in a clear and understandable way. Ramiro come in that same afternoon and placed all of our needed bait containers. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Terminex.

Try to justify $2600 for one visit for exclusion! Nothing is better, in fact it's worse. Leaving my crawl space hatch off after brief inspection was a sign...

Jason did a fantastic job addressing my cockroach problem! He was prompt, organized and courteous while setting up my appointment. When he arrived he listened to my issue and did a thorough inspection to assess the problem. He answered all my questions and took time to walk me through the steps of the service. Jason did a thorough job and made sure I had no additional questions or concerns before he left. I'm relieved and grateful that my home is now cockroach free!

Mark was the technician that came out and assessed my concerns. He was very professional, informative, and located the openings in my roof that would require meshing to prevent rodents/bugs from getting in my house through those openings. Ramiro was the technician that also came to my house to provide the pest control service. He was professional, kind, and explained everything he did as well as the future services I would get on their maintenance plan. He sprayed the inside/outside of the house, wore shoe protectors to prevent dirtying my floors, and did it all in a timely manner. After receiving the service and cleaning up the initial dead bugs, I have seen less bug/spider issues since my initial spray which is great. Thank you both for your services as I greatly appreciated it. I would absolutely recommend both gentlemen and their services to anyone.
