Terminix is not great at communicating inspection appts. The technician apparently showed up with no notice ( which also happened last year but last year I was home). So he did no inspection. I called and complained to Terminix so they rescheduled. They said between 8 and 10 AM. The technician texted me that morning at 8 and said he'd be here in 50 minutes. I was checking the app that shows where the technician is on his route. His car never moved. I texted him, he said there was heavy traffic and he would be here in 50 minutes again...this was at 9 am. So, eventually I checked the app for his location... car was not moving. At 9:45 I called Terminix to complain. During the call, he showed up. The problem is with the Terminix app not working correctly. The technician was friendly, polite and did a good job. I fault the Terminix company for it's disorganization.

This company sent out a third party pest control company that ended up breaking my skylight during a service back in the beginning of June. Terminix requested the gas company turn off my service for the mean time while my house was being tented and did not request that they turn it back on until a week later after I had to make several calls to ask for it to be turned back on. Only Terminix can call SoCal gas to approve it being turned back on. Since my skylight has been broken, I have called an incredible amount of times and put in tickets with the company for them to contact me over the last several months and have heard NOTHING. They also gave me an invalid contractor license number on the contract I signed and did not send out the third party company I signed and agreed to on the contract. Do not hire this company.

Jon from our local (Chatsworth) Terminix branch is absolutely fantastic, and has been for many years. Communicates well, gives us great, detailed reports on what he finds, and even has an empathetic approach to our ferocious tiny guard dog. Well done, Terminix Chatsworth and Jon!

The technician (Andres) was personable and knowledgeable. He went right to work, explain what he was going to do, and then did it. Proficiently and quickly. It appears that his treatments ahve been effective.

I had a rodent 365 plan and a quarterly spraying plan. First they explained that I would receive monthly sprays and monthly pay. It is actually quarterly spay with monthly pay! In addition they took 3 months to apply the promotions they promoted! They have an answering service that can only leave messages answered their phone, & their communication is non-existent. When I got someone on the phone and scheduled an appointment they would show up hours late or not at all. Then reschedule on a random day. It has been a year and I have called to cancel my plan 4 time, each time they stated it is canceled but I get a letter stating they will send the balance that I have to collections. I paid for my services initially in full…..do not waste your money.

Received outstanding communication before and after service. Asked for a specific service around the grass area Caesar did as we asked ,and more! We were very happy with his performance as we completely trust him to enter the back yard and securing it upon completion . Cesar is an asset to your company. Well, done Cesar and thank you again.

Exterior general pest control from Terminix, We were very impressed with the service Herman (technician)provided for our general exterior pest control. His communication was outstanding. He was very clear about when he would arrive and gave us all the necessary safety information for our pet. A key issue he addressed was a significant ant problem, which he got under control very quickly. We also really valued that he followed up after the service to confirm the situation was taken care of.

Gerardo came exactly on time and did a great job. He hadn't been here in over a year as other technicians were assigned to come. He was very polite, efficient, and answered any questions I had. I will request him to come here for our service in late September.
