Carson Reid has been servicing our home for some time and we are very pleased with his diligence and professionalism. He is providing a regular pest prevention service on a quarterly basis. We find it very effective and worth the price.

Kind customer service, but they came and went whenever. Sometimes they rang the doorbell. Sometimes they didn’t. I didn’t like having the subscription service from them. The advanced noticed they gave us never felt enough. I prefer calling them when we need them for this kind of service. When we wanted to stop using the pesticide, they would protest. It didn’t matter how credible the reason. They often would over schedule us, too. There were times it felt like they came every other week and once a month. We have multiple accounts for one house and they would schedule an appointment time for each as if we were at a different residence. The friendliness is there, but not the intellect. Today is the last straw. Their service professional came at 7pm on Thursday. 7pm. And did not ring the doorbell. Just walked in the backyard while we were in our pajamas, pets outdoors, curtains open, eating dinner, and some sleeping. Our pets ran in terrified. Where was that relaxed time schedule when we had a 12 foot spider, legs included, come at us at night. If you want an organized company that actually supervises their technicians with respect to their customers’ boundaries, this isn’t it. Friendly professionals and I do appreciate that they respond to requests and the service has worked, but I need tight supervision with respect to my boundaries as a customer. After construction and landscaping, I am so over supervisors that just let their employees do their own thing.

Carson is fantastic! He knows that I have young children that play in the backyard a lot, and an active dog that's right there with them. He let me know about the uptick in spiders, and that he'd be happy to come back for a touch up of spraying around the perimeter of my house if there was increased insect activity. Terminix is a 10/10 for Terminix on this visit, as well as the entire time they've helped me manage my property, which is nearly 6 years.

We recently had Terminix come out to service our home for pest control, and the experience was outstanding. They took the time to listen to all of our concerns and recommended the best treatment options for our situation. Our technician, Mr. Miller, was exceptional, very thorough and professional from start to finish. He clearly explained everything he was going to do and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend Terminix to anyone in need of pest control services!

Technician Richard miller came out, knowledgable guy, was able to get the job done in a timely fashion along with give me feedback directly on what he saw, not just in the report, he went the extra mile to make sure we knew what he saw and communicated it with use, definitely glad I went with Terminix

Douglas, from Terminix, came to check termite baits, and to do a walkthrough including attic and crawl space. He was very thorough. He also pointed out a couple places where there were small dry ruts. Knowing there were no termite activities in the house was a big relief.

4/20/26 - SF Appointment time : 3-5pm : bed bug inspection This place is absolute trash. This inspector just comes in with the attitude of “it’s not bed bugs” and simply trying not to do his job at all cost - just wanting to get out of there , like he doesn’t want to do his job. When he arrived at 3:45pm, I greeted him and let him inside to inspect. As we walk through the kitchen I first wanted to show him the bug bite pics and he immediately is on defense and denial mode oh it’s not bed bug it wouldn’t bite the neck area(despite the bites being in a series row of three) only where the veins are , as he is pointing to the top of his wrist. Showing ZERO interest. Zero concern. Half looks at the 11 pics I tried to show him. This guy is a joke. Fire this guy to save your company. the heck is he talking about it can bite anywhere that’s exposed at night. Aren’t there veins on the neck too? hilarious. Already trash attitude. Coming in here like an angry know it all. No smile no greeting no customer service just a permanent scowl on his face. Wow what a great customer experience. Then we go inside the room. He doesn’t even inspect anything. At all. Doesn’t even try to do anything. Walks over three steps to my bed, just flips an inch of my blanket over with two fingers. And says there should be blood, see no blood. This is within FIVE seconds of entering the room. No desire not even the slightest will to try to do Anything. At all. Doesn’t do jack. Doesn’t want to do jack. I told him you don’t need to keep talking and talking and explaining and you’re not inspecting ANYTHING. Just do your job and inspect what it is if it’s not bed bug like you claim, while barely even lifting a finger or trying. He proceeds to explain there’s nothing to check. While not checking ANYThing. I try to scoot over the couch to the side hey look at the sideboards or anything. Nothing. He doesn’t want to do anything. He won’t do anything. So I just told him to get out. This guy must be here, just to get an easy check. It was raining today. Business is probably slow. He came in like he doesn’t want to do his job. I would NOT recommend this business. This place is a joke.
