“I would not recommend this company to anyone! There was damage done to the tile on my roof, contacted them due to us have warranty on any tile damage. After many many calls and emails (during 3 weeks) finally got a confirmation they would come home to replace the tiles! They came to put glue on the tiles they broke? Not sure the point of purchasing tile warranty after tenting is??”

“We were given a quote for fumigation at the close of our home from the listing agent. We decided to use Rubbo to get the fumigation done as quickly as possible so we could move in. The owner Mike did a walk through of the property with the listing agent and advised some bushes be trimmed, which were. He never mentioned anything about cafe lights interfearing with his work. When myself and my agent spoke to the office manager Erin we were both told they would take the lights down and we would be responsible to put them back up. When the termite crew came to the house they did not remove the lights, they simply tented over my entire courtyard without even as much courtesy as a phone call. They have killed about $5000 worth of mature trees and shrubs now at my home. When my agent contacted Mike directly, since Erin is not responsive and was very defensive and rude when myself, my agent and the listing agent all complained about the tent over the plants with no phone call heads up, Mike told my agent that becuase we signed the contract we were liable for plant damage. We may have signed a contract that says some plants close to the house may die, hence the walk through and trimming of said plants, we did not sign a contract saying lazy, unprofessional workers could do whatever they wanted at the property and we would maintain all liability. There was no customer service to ask how we wanted to proceed with the cafe light situation, we simply got an email after the fumes were released that it was done, with nothing we could do at that point. When we asked Mike how he wanted to help us handle the damages of the plants one comment he made was that he would put a contractors lien on my house if he wasn't paid. Trying to threaten clients with a lien on their home after your company just caused thousands of dollars of damage is beyond unprofessional. I hope this agent never recommends this company to anyone else. I hope no other customer gets treated so poorly about their new home and I hope this company learns to take responsiiblty for their poor work.”
