“Richard Standish charged us to seal whole house to guarantee no pests for two years, but we could expect it to last longer than the guarantee. He did not explain where he sealed the property. Within a month, pests returned and we informed him of the new pests but he wouldn't return to make good on his guarantee saying that the new pests were from before he serviced our property. After months of new pests, and no support from Richard, we were forced to hire a new company to complete the job correctly. Rainbow Pest has been great - we should not have paid Richard in the first place.”
