Timothy took the time to walk me through the process of treating for fleas 🤢 🐜 left behind in my newly purchased home. He asked me questions along the way and as a consumer feeling heard moves mountains! Timothy knocked this service out of the park. Days later I reached out to ask follow up questions which he did not have to reply directly to me but HE DID! and even was kind enough to give me alternative solutions to continue eradicating them until they return for another treatment. Thank you Timothy and thank you Orkin!

I used to work here in the Branch 616. I used to be an inspector and they didn’t pay me the commission for the sales I closed while working there. If they are not responsible with their own people I wouldn’t think they are responsible with their customers.

Terrible service for bat problem. Bat extruders placed poorly with gabs all around. Hard to reach. No response to messages left. Save your money!

Scheduled service between 12-2 but no call and no one arrived. At 1:50 the branch manager called to "see how things were going". I explained no one had shown up and I'd been waiting for 2 hours. He offered no explanation but offered to reschedule. Horrible service - will never call again.

Honestly such a joke. I paid over 300$ for a pest treatment, which fixed absolutely nothing. Tech they sent was unprofessional. They only offered me half of a refund. So i had to pay this company 300+ for a guy to come in with a spray can for 8 minutes. And still have to figure out the pest problem because their spray can didnt work. Congratulations on scamming a young single mom. 0/10 do not recommend
