“First - before signing up with this service, note that they require a FULL YEAR contract, and then 30 days WRITTEN notice to terminate. I modified my contract to allow a phone call cancellation, I suggest anyone else considering this service do the same. RATING: I saw no reduction in # mice, carpenter ants or moles in the yard, even tho I specifically pointed out all 3 during each application. After a year+ of service visits, I still catch the same number of mice in my traps, I still have a sizable carpenter ant problem and I have more moles than ever. The people were nice, I just did not see results. --- I modified their contract to allow a phone call 30 day cancellation vs written, but upon calling, I was informed I have an application scheduled in a couple weeks that I still have to pay $106 for, or $53 to cancel now with no visit. Since their applications have not been effective, I was forced to pay $53 to end their service.”
