“We called PMI when we had some bees trying to make a nest in the eaves of our new home. Jason from PMI told us there were actually hundreds of them in the wall of our home! He quickly assessed the problem and treated the area but told us he may have to come back. We ended up having to cut a hole in the soffit to get to the nest and we haven't had an issue since then. We also signed up for a yearly pest contract for other things like ants and spiders. After our first quarterly treatment, we still had some ants and Jason did not give up. He called periodically to make sure we were happy and would come back to treat any areas we needed. Jason's customer service is impeccable!
