“Well I was looking forward to supporting a local business, but that never happened. I scheduled an appointment for Monday between 9:30-11:30 (as recommended by scheduling department) for quote and spray... got a quote, but no spray due to time ...so we scheduled it for Tuesday between 11:00-1:00. I patiently waited but nobody showed up. I called at 1:05 asking if anyone was showing up and left a detailed message hoping to give the company another chance to reschedule.
